Just three miles from Disney World lies Acadia Estates, a community of approximately 30 luxurious homes on a single winding street. Access to the community is through a coded entrance gateway for added security. At the end of the quiet cul-de-sac you will find Woody’s Bunkhouse. But don’t let the name fool you; this is no ordinary bunkhouse. From the air conditioned theater room, to the sun-soaked pool deck, to the one-of-a-kind steam room, this house has everything you could possibly want to make your family vacation something special.

The open floor plan leads from the dining room to the kitchen and breakfast nook and then opens onto the spacious living room. When it comes to meal time there is plenty of room for everyone at the dining room table, kitchen table and breakfast bar (seating for 14). For your outdoor cooking pleasure there is a barbeque located just off the pool deck.

On a day off from the theme parks the house offers more than enough entertainment options to keep the entire family busy and happy. The kids can splash around in the crystal clear waters of the pool and spa, while the adults relax on the deck. If it gets too warm there is a covered lanai running the width of the house along with an outdoor shower. To keep everyone safe the pool is equipped with a removable child safety fence. For those wanting to stay inside, the air conditioned theater room features a pool table and projector screen. There is a large number of family friendly movies at the home too.

At the end of the day when you are ready to settle down for the night, the house has plenty of bedrooms to ensure everyone has a good night’s sleep. On the main floor there is a master suite with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. Upstairs there are two more king suites, one has a baby crib for the littlest guests comfort. The fourth bedroom features a queen-sized bed. For the kids there is a Toy Story themed room with two sets of bunk beds. For the princesses there is a pink polka-dot room with beautiful twin beds ready for royalty. All of the master bedrooms have a flat screen TV.

In the loft at the top of the stairs you will find a beautiful desk with computer and printer for your use, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. If you are looking for some quality family game time there is a collection of board games in the loft as well.

For those of you who enjoy a day at the spa, look no further than the upstairs bathroom which is equipped with a steam room to add a relaxing element to your vacation.

For our little visitors you will find a crib and pack-and-play, stroller, highchair and baby gate. One of the king rooms upstairs has plenty of room for the crib.

Just one mile outside the gates of Acadia Estates you will find a Walmart, two drug stores and numerous restaurants including Outback Steakhouse, Buffalo Wild Wings, Taco Bell and Carrabba’s.
