A Delightful Place!
This is a delightful home right on the water with gorgeous views of the sunsets. The owners/hosts are responsive and gracious. As others have noted, the home is very well appointed, both with things you would expect (linens, towels, pots and pans, dishes), but also things you might not (electric kettle, coffee maker, rice cooker, blender, a variety of cheese knives, a variety of types of drinking classes). I have stayed here twice--once when it was quite warm (in the 80s) and once when it was chilly (in the 40s and low 50s), so I can tell you that both the central air and the central heating work very well! A lovely home for your Door County stay.

This was our second time staying at this property. The views and privacy of the location are what we enjoy about this home. The bathroom remodel is very nice. Bill is responsive and easy to communicate with.

Charming guest house
We really enjoyed are stay. Nice outdoor space and deck right on the water. We were fortunate to see the Northern Lights from the deck one evening. Location was great, only 10-45 minutes to everything. I wish our schedule would have allowed at least 1 day to relax at the house. Would stay here again.

Peaceful, quiet, million dollar view
This guest cottage was super clean, well stocked so all you need to bring is food and your clothes. It is tastefully decorated with amazing views of the bay with absolutely breathtaking sunsets. It is the perfect combination of seclusion and location. It is not far from the quaint harbor towns that dot the peninsula. We loved staying here.

We bought our Door County property many years ago. The view and perfect approach to the water sold us on the location. We've been residing at our house and renting the adjacent guest house ever since, enjoying every minute.

Why they chose this property

The location is ideal--on the Bay shore just 1 1/2 miles north of Little Harbor exactly halfway between Sturgeon Bay and Egg Harbor on County trunk B...also called Bay Shore Drive. Entertainment and Shopping is 3 to 8 miles away in any direction.

What makes this property unique

The Panorama guest house deck is everyone's favorite spot. The comfortable deck furniture is a great place to observe the shoreline's beautiful scenery and sunsets. The deck is built overlooking the water, so a person can have a sweeping view up and down the Bay. Look across the water to both Michigan and Wisconsin shores. The guest house is always comfortable...air conditioned for summer's hot days, centrally heated for Spring and Fall. Cards, checkers, puzzles, dominoes etc. are there for rainy days. Current novels, Andy Rash's children's books and Door County history books are on the bookshelf. Maps, tourist literature, DVD's and CD's are in the living room. There are also a few outdoor games for the spacious lawn outside.
