Kimberly, daughter is a mobile DJ, tutor, writer and has recently returned to academia to become a Naturopathic doctor, acupuncturist and herbalist. She is passionate about whole foods, conscious living, music, the outdoors and connecting with people. Mom, Roberta, is a quintessential Jewish mother who literally puts her all into sharing her warmth and energy with others. We have offered quality long term rentals in the Heart of Boulder for over 17 years with the goal of making a rental your home.

Extremely Impressive !!!!

I spoke with Kimberly (Owner), at length before I booked their Ameythest Corner apartment. I felt such a great connection with Kimberly and knew she was going to make our experience EXTREMELY IMPRESSIVE and she delivered..

When we arrived we were delighted to have a parking space designated to us. Huge Bonus!

Soft scented candles were lit and waiting for us when we opened the door. It was such a cozy, warm feeling to walk in to.

Kimberly had asked what kind of coffee and condiments we liked. Sure enough, our organic coffee was ready for us as well as the milk we like. Chilled Eldorado water was in the refrigerator as well.

The best welcome were the wonderful cookies and bottle of wine waiting for us.

The furniture, bed, rugs, lighting, outstanding TV set-up, dishes and silverware were top of the line and gorgeous.

The neighborhood is safe, and so close to all the best restaurants and Pearl Street Mall. It is an amazing location.

We truly loved our experience at Amethyst Corner and hope to visit again.

We were thrilled to meet Kimberly, as she certainly is a treasure.

Lovely apartment and excellent location

We came to Boulder for a wedding. Amethyst Corner was perfect for us. Just a block from Pearl Street and two blocks from the Boulderado. It gave us privacy and space while we enjoyed the festivities. Kimberly and Roberta were excellent hosts. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Boulder location!

Everything about this place is perfect! The location could not be better for access to Pearl Street and Boulder Creek. Having an assigned parking spot at the unit is a huge bonus. This unit is very well cared-for with top-notch amenities. Kimberly and Roberta were very welcoming, including a special treat for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary.

Great Location!

The apartment suited my husband and me just fine. We would stay there again. Loved being able to walk everywhere. With Uber and the weekend shuttle, we barely needed a car and shared one with our friends who were staying a block away.

This place is very comfortable with some character to boot. The kitchen is fully equipped, high quality comfy mattress, peaceful outdoor seating on deck, and location couldn't be better for Boulder CO. You won't regret choosing this place to stay.

Great Location

This apartment is situated in a beautiful, leafy suburb and just around the corner from Pearl Street Mall and many wonderful restaurants and cafes. We also loved the ease of navigating from here on our days of driving up to the National Park. Kimberly has honestly thought of everything and is very generous in providing all that you need for a comfortable stay, including coffee, tea and welcome wine.... just bring your favourite foods to enjoy! We also really loved the outside patio ‘up in the trees’ and enjoyed most of our meals outside.

The only downside for us was the heat inside. The apartment is air conditioned however the bedroom system is very noisy, so we avoided running it at night. The system for the living room doesn’t really cut it on super hot days and to have those systems running just creates a lot of heat in the kitchen area.

This would be a super cosy place to stay in the cooler months or when it’s not at the peak of summer and we highly recommend it if you are planning a trip to Boulder outside of July!
