The rate includes a weekly housekeeping service with towels and lines replacement, concierge service and special discounts on restaurants and beach club. Additional cleaning or linens and towels replacement has an extra charge per event. Check in must be between 2pm and 4pm. Check ins after 11pm will pay 10 USD per extra hour until the check in. Check out must be between 12 and 2pm, after two pm a fee of 10 USD will be charged for extra hour until your check out. In Playa del Carmen, the electricity is very expensive. At iMexico We care about the environment, you will be billed for the consumption, the rate per Kw/h is 6 Pesos. This amount must be paid in cash at the check out. Safety Deposit Amount: $500 USD CASH. Please notice that this amount must be paid at the time of the Check-in, and if no damage was caused to the unit, it will be refunded totally at the time of the Check-out.

Great location and property!

My husband and I just got back from a 1 week stay at this fabulous property. The owners of this unit are fantastic to work with - very responsive to any concerns you have. Dayna, their contact person, made the transaction and check in/out process seamless.

When we travel, we love staying in condo units with hotel-like amenities. There are 2 major grocery stores close by (Walmart and Mega) within walking distance on the days you want to cook. On the days you want to eat out, you are within 5-10 minutes walking distance to great restaurants and shops along 5th Avenue. Although you don’t need a car (since everything is within walking distance), we did rent a car since we used Playa del Carmen as a base to explore other areas such as Akumal, Tulum, Isla Mujeres, etc., so it was great that the Sabbia property had a secure underground parking garage.

The amenities were great. The property has a great pool with 2 hot tubs and plenty of lounge chairs. We never had a problem finding seating. The condo provides plenty of pool/beach towels to use throughout your stay. There is a gym and business center, but we did not use those facilities. There is always someone at the front desk as you walk in/out- very secure and safe. I loved the location of the building. It’s just a few blocks from 5th Avenue (where all the shops and restaurants are), so you can easily walk to any place. The beach is just beyond 5th Avenue with gorgeous white sand and calm turquoise waters. There are plenty of beach clubs that you can walk up to rent a couple of chairs and umbrella for the day. Depending on the beach club, a lot of times if you order drinks, the lounge chairs and umbrella are complimentary.

In summary, we loved our stay and will be back again!

Great Location and Service

My husband and I were already in PDC and decided to extend our stay for additional 4 nights at the Sabbia. We are in property management business in Breckenridge, Colorado and we found Dayna and Michele to be excellent hosts. They also accommodated our two little Chihuahuas traveling with us. Dayna was very responsive, always online or just a call away for questions about the property and the area. Just a short 2 blocks away from 5th Ave, we love the new Quinta Avenida area. The penthouse was spacious for a 2-bedroom and comfortable. AC worked great, but you pay for your electricity separate from rental charge, budget ~$10/day if you use AC at night. It did not have any view - a wall of building next door - so we didn't hang out even when it rained -we walked over to a cafe instead. Probably not much an issue as you will spend more time outdoors anyway. There is a rooftop patio but too hot to use in May. For location and value, it's a great choice. Lots of locals living in complex. Next time we come, we definitely plan to contact iMexico Real Estate for their service and for something with a view.

Geat penthouse for families.

This was a last minute trip we planned and we really loved this condo in Sabbia. It was very spacious and as a family of 5 we didn't feel crowded at all.

The decor was very tasteful and it just felt like home. As well we were within 5 minutes to everything! We loved the area because there were many new restaurants to try.

Reserving was fairly easy and Michele was very kind. He and his assistant arranged everything and their cleaning service was a nice touch. It is not always easy to trust people when booking reservations in Mexico but he was patient with us, he is really dedicated to his business.

Overall I recommend the area, it is Playa afterall and how could you not enjoy it! There was a restaurant next door called Chiltepin if I remember correctly. Great seafood and good prices, worth a try.
