We continually upgrade our ocean-view condo to keep it fresh, contemporary, and full of all of the comfort and conveniences our guests desire. Our recent renovation of the kitchen and bathrooms gives the condo a clean, modern look. And our latest upgrade is a new Beautyrest King bed!

This bright & airy condo has a tropical contemporary style and has been fully renovated. You will live in comfort with a 50" flatscreen Smart TV (with cable) in the living room, a Smart TV in the bedroom, a new sleeper sofa with queen-size Italian memory foam mattress, new carpet, and split A/C. Amenities include cable, cordless phone, full-size washer/dryer, and ceiling fans. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the appliances and utensils you need to cook at 'home' - including new dishwasher, range/stove, and microwave. Wireless internet is complimentary in the condo and throughout the property. Bedding, bath towels, and beach accessories (beach towels, chairs, mats, coolers, etc.) are provided.

Enjoy the luxury of 2 full bathrooms, with a combination tub/shower in the master bath. The bedroom has a new King bed, and the living room has a new sleeper sofa. Both rooms open onto the lanai, which runs the length of the unit - a perfect place to enjoy the view with a cup of coffee or a cocktail.

The Maui Banyan's eight acres of manicured grounds include two swimming pool areas, each with a hot tub and several gas BBQ grills. Tennis courts are also available.

This centrally located building has an elevator and is convenient to the front desk, the lower pool and grill area, and the parking structure. Most importantly, it is just a short walk from the beach.
