Super! Would rent again!

Perfect for our family gathering! Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Very nice. The downstairs unit also had its own kitchen and living area with TV, but we all gathered together upstairs for meals. There was PLENTY of seating around the large table with ample seating in the dining area. Loads of comfortable seating in the upstairs living room. Plus there's a deck with a large gas grill. A fire pit. A yard for tossing a Frisbie or a football. It was great. Private, but not isolated, and the Internet worked great.

Great for events at Fair Hill

  • 5 of 5

We (3 pairs of adults/children) stayed here for a horse event at Fair Hill. It was a beautiful house, well laid out, close to Fair Hill and we couldn't have been happier. Beds were comfortable, backyard and fire pit were great for relaxing in the evening. Looking forward to visiting again next year!

Perfect spot to host our family for the college graduation weekend!

  • 5 of 5

We absolutely loved our stay here. My daughter was graduating from the University of Delaware over Memorial weekend. We had quite a few family members traveling in and this house was the perfect place to host everybody. Cozy and warm, plenty of really comfortable beds and bathrooms and privacy for those who needed it. A big table for meals and board games. A nice deck and a beautiful yard. It is a quick and easy drive to campus and so nice to be in peaceful countryside rather than one of the hotels on the crowded highways! The owner is delightful and so very helpful! Thank you for adding to the joyful weekend!

Perfect for Us

  • 4 of 5

This place was perfect for our family. Four adults stayed over Christmas so we could be with family nearby. The house is homey and pleasant. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The kitchen provided everything we needed. Karen was very accommodating to our special needs. We will stay again.
