Nice Condo

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Best thing was the great view of the ocean. Unit was clean and well maintained. Laundry in the unit is a big plus.

We had some issues

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The elevator stopped working the day we arrived. The elevator was one of the reasons we picked this unit. It did get fixed the day we left. The toilet in the master bedroom was loose. We did get a refund that we are happy about for our elevator issues. Thank to the couple we talked about our issues.

Fall HHI yearly vacation

Our only complaint is the uncomfortable single beds. Otherwise it was wonderful!

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this property in the past, besides a few burnt out lightbulbs, that were not that big of a deal to me, the property is a great location comfortable beds the bike and umbrella rentals were a great idea this year. I would move down here and a part eight I love the area love Coligany park can't wait to come back.
