Ideal environment for relaxing holidays with family or friends.

Beautifull 'Bastide', large pool&jacuzzi and garden, near beatches for 8/10 people.

Hyères. A superb, large and traditional Provençal bastide manor house in a 3000 m² tree-lined park, fully-equipped and tastefully decorated, bright and ideal for relaxing with the family.

Garage and parking for 4 cars, barbecue, pétanque game, hammock, table tennis, swings...

Beaches and shops very close by, all within the peacefulness of the countryside. Lots of charm: terracotta, traditional Salerne tiles, ironwork, furnishings and patina walls, stone fireplace. Large, secured swimming pool (5 x 11 m) with a shallow area, Jacuzzi and vast terrace (90 m²), palm trees. Large terrace (60 m²), shaded beneath an arbour with flowering wisterias, with areas where you can enjoy a meal and a cocktail. A flowering pavilion in wrought iron on a wooden platform (40 m²) offers a charming relaxation area which opens out to the swimming pool, the orchard and the pétanque court. The murmur of the river (safe access), the chirps of birds and cicadas in the middle of the orchard, pines and hundred-year-old olive trees resting on a vast lawn (1000 m²).

Le Pradet, Carqueiranne and Hyères-les-Palmiers: located 10 km away from Toulon, 80 km away from Toulon and 50 km away from Saint Tropez, the seaside resorts of Le Pradet, Carqueiranne and Hyères offer visitors a preserved part of Provence at the foot of the Massif des Maures mountain range and bordered by the Mediterranean Sea.

In a wonderful environment and a Mediterranean climate which has more than 300 days of sun per year, allowing you to discover the islands of Porquerolles, Port-Cros, and Le Levant, the Giens peninsula (6 km long, connected to the mainland by two isthmuses, forming the double tombolo which separates the two maritime slopes by the salt marshes, brimming with ornithological wildlife: flamingos, egrets and herons, as well as species of flowers such as sea lilies and orchids on the replanted dune), the typical ports and other medieval centres and Victorian districts.

The many beautiful beaches are very popular for swimming as well as practising outdoor sports including, scuba diving, sailing and board sports: they have Station Nautique and Pavillon Bleu qualified certifications.

Beaches and the Îles d'Or: The most famous beaches: Almanarre and La Capte beaches, 5 km long, located at both ends of La Route du Sel and the salt marshes with two tombolos, emphasising the unique character of the Giens peninsula. The beaches of La Badine, La Madrague, Les Pesquiers, L'Ayguade, La Bergerie, Le Pradon, Les Pins Penchés, Peno, ...will certainly reveal their charms to visitors.

Porquerolles Island offers many beaches and coves where the turquoise sea meets the white sand, and steep cliffs that you can casually discover on foot or on a mountain bike. It´s the ideal way to discover the magic of this island, which will surprise you with its diverse scenery. The Argent and Notre Dame beaches are not to be missed, surrounded by magnificent pine forests.

Port Cros island, wild and protected, offer a number of opportunities to explore, such as the small beach of La Palud, shaded by tamarix, and the underwater trailhead, allowing you to observe countless fish and amazing depths.

Visit the wine cellars and taste the wines of Bandol, Cassis and Provence.

Superbe endroit pour détente en famille

Le charme, la tranquillité et la beauté de cette Bastide avec son grand jardin arboré autour de la superbe piscine offrent un espace de détente fort agréable pour toute la famille au milieu du chant des cigales et du gazouillis de la petite rivière. Le terrain de pétanque, les balançoires, la table de ping-pong, le barbecue, le hamac sous les pins (ah quelle sieste !), la terrasse et le kiosque ombragés, la plage immergée et le jacuzzi dans la piscine ont ravis petits et grands. Le diner du soir, suivi de la pétanque sous les étoiles et du bain de minuit dans la piscine (grâce aux éclairages extérieurs trés bien adaptés), resteront un grand souvenir. La proximité des plages (belles et variées) et des centres d'intérêt touristiques décrits avec passion par les propriétaires, nous confortent dans notre choix pour ce lieu de résidence et cette région Varoise. Nous reviendrons...

What a lovely place !!

This is the third time that our Germany family traveling in the area of Hyères and we fell in love with this very nice house in the middle of his beautiful large park.

Great pool with Jacuzzi, many corners for fun or rest: hammock, table tennis, swing, "petanque", BBQ, large terrace for eating facing the pool and the garden with its towering trees, beautiful kiosk flowered for take a drink …."apéro” :-).

The islands of Porquerolles and Port Cros, some nearby beaches and pretty villages are splendid to discover !

Here, The Top is that the sun shines all the time .... and the temperature of pool and sea are 26 degrees !!

Very nice place to spend a lovely holiday…too short : 2 weeks it's better :-)

Que du bonheur !

Après une super semaine passée en famille l’an dernier à la Bastide des Oliviers, nous y sommes revenus cet été…

Et, malgré le « déjà vu », nous nous sommes de nouveau régalés.

La Bastide avec sa grande piscine au milieu du vaste jardin est toujours aussi belle avec les activités sur place (nage, jacuzzi, ballon, ping pong, basket, pétanque,….hamac !)

et les visites de la proche région (Porquerolles, Port Cros, le Zoo, le moulin à huile, … ) sont de très bons moments de détentes ou de découvertes en famille.

Qualité de l’accueil très sympa avec bonnes adresses, idées de lieux à découvrir et … cadeaux de bienvenue (bouteilles de vin et mignonnettes de shampoing) :-).

Un séjour de rêve

Notre coup de cœur depuis de nombreuses années en vacances dans la région ! Enfants conquis par la grande piscine (ah les bains de nuit !), le vaste jardin avec ses grands oliviers, le ping pong, le basket, les balançoires, le terrain de boules, le hamac, les balades, le Zoo du Faron … au point d’avoir du mal à vouloir aller à la plage ! Repos pour nous autour des coins tonnelles, de la piscine avec son jacuzzi ou dans le grand confort de la vaste Bastide «tempérée ». De grands moments de détente familiale autour de bons repas « ombragés » (super les 2 BBQ), des apéros pétanques et autres siestes dans le hamac bercé par les cigales et la rivière. Tout ceci a une poignée de minutes des plages, commerces et autres atouts de cette superbe région.

bastide idéale en famille

Cette belle est grande Bastide possède un charme fou au milieu de son grand parc avec la superbe piscine et sa plage immergée pour jouer avec les enfants.

Il y a aussi les différents coins bien agréables : terrasse et kiosque ombragés pour l'apéro ; BBQ pour grillades ; grande pelouse, jeux de pétanque, ping pong, hamac, basket et balançoire pour occuper les enfants.

Au pied du Mont Coudon et à quelques minutes des plages de cette belle région Varoise ont s'y sent bien en famille pour se reposer et profiter du beau temps.

Un farniente en famille réussi

Belle et grande bastide agréable au milieu de son vaste parc arboré où règne la grande piscine et autres kiosque, terrasse, hamac, terrain de pétanque, BBQ ,…

Tout nous a invité au farniente et au plaisir de se retrouver en famille.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié également les plages et les environs : cette région est vraiment très belle...et il y fait très beau !!

Tout autour de bons restaurants. A noter l'excellent Tournebride sur la charmante place de Sollies Ville ainsi que les pieds dans le sable du Salinas sur la plage de l'Almanare.
