Imagine waking up and going to sleep in this beautiful 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath oceanfront condominium/apartment. Built in 2007 and remodeled in March 2017. This oceanfront property will be your favorite vacation spot every year. This oceanfront property has beautiful granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances, and all kitchen amenities to help you feel as if you are at home. Beach towels, beach chairs, and boogie boards await. All you need for this dream vacation is clothes and food. The condo/apartment is on the 3rd floor with it's own private balcony and barbecue. The beautiful beach is steps away from your own private entry. It comes complete with cable television and internet. Each bedroom has its own private shower. The condo has all of the amenities to make you feel at home. The master bedroom faces two french glass doors that overlook the Pacific ocean and features a queen size bed with sunken tub and separate double head shower. The second bedroom features a queen size bed set, the bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink. The final bedroom features a full size bed sleeping two, dresser, and nightstand. The bathroom in the third bedroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. Living area has a full size sofa sleeper. Electric fireplace in Living room and Master bedroom. 1 tandem parking space included, which will accommodate 1 large or 2 small vehicles. If you have more than 2 large vehicle's , there is another option for parking for an additional fee.

Weekend away

Overall it’s a fine place to stay. The house looks like it does in the pictures the host was nice and good at responding to messages. Only issues with the place was inaccurate description in amenities. First amenities that pops up is hot tub and the house does not have one. It was a big bummer for us because it was one of the main booking points for us. The other issue was when it rained during our stay water started to come I. The kitchen and master bedroom area under and above the doors. Other than those things it was a good experience

Beautiful location!

Absolutely beautiful location! Right on the beach and walkable distance to multiple shops, restaurants and coffee. We watched the surfers and dolphins right from the deck! Mostly pros, but there are some cons: very small parking spots, moldy back bathroom, no dishwasher soap. Overall we knew we were paying for the location and that did not disappoint!

Great location

Location is unbeatable. Communication was good with owner. We had enough room for the 8 people. 4 adults and 4 kids. Early checkin was permitted which was appreciated. Amenities and the cleanliness could’ve been better. Empty beer cans were found in bathroom under the sink and more toiletries, garbage bags, and kitchen soaps should’ve had more than what was provided but luckily we brought some of our own. There was lots of odds and ends in the closets, and no hangers provided so we couldn’t hang anything, and there is no master closet, which was a little difficult. There’s also not really a pantry, so any kind of boxed food that doesn’t belong in a fridge kind of sits out on the counter, or on the floor in the living room. This place is worth returning to especially now that we know what we should bring more of. But the listed amenities are a little deceiving.

Ocean Paradise

My stay at Ocean Front was nothing short of idyllic. The sound of crashing waves lulled me to sleep each night, the views were postcard-perfect, and the location provided easy access to all the action I craved. I will be returning!

I raised my children in the small home that was here at this location. My children learned to surf in front of this house. I work at a large hospital in the area. I bought the property in 2001. I have lived here since 2001. I live in the lower portion of the condo/Apartment with my daughter and I simply can not imagine living anywhere else. We have so many wonderful family memories of our Mission Beach home that I hope your family can make family memories as we have. Watching the dolphins play and ride the waves in front of my home still amazes me. This is and will always be my home, as was the first owners before me that lived in the original home that was here before. I am very knowledgeable of the San Diego area.

Why they chose this property

One word ...... Ocean Front. You should choose this property because the location is perfect. The location of the condo is difficult for beach goers to park. The large parking lots are a great distance for beach goers to drag beach gear, so the beach is always available to me. I never have many beach goers on the beach area in front of my home. The other great thing is that I take great care with this property and make sure that everything is clean and well maintained. Everything is new; Not to mention the ocean view.

What makes this property unique

The property has been recently remodeled and furnished well. I take pride in my property. This is more than a rental, this is my place and is a representation of myself.
