Beautiful Home, Great Location

The Home was excellent for a group of friends and family in town for Christmas Stroll. Susan was communicative and helpful and the home was absolutely beautiful. We look forward to coming back next year!

Wonderful except

We hade a wonderful stay and it was enjoyed by everyone. Susan was readily available for any need. We do seem to be having a problem getting our security deposit back however. No explanation and no communication past first request which was about a month ago.

Amazing House!

The house was amazing. Location perfect! Clean and had everything we needed. The check out time should be reviewed as a house full of ten and excepting all the towels to be done can not happen. We did four loads of laundry and would have never happened if we had to checkout at 9 am. It was extended and we were grateful. Thank you. We would book again.

Comfort in Town

One Dolphin Ct is a very comfortable and well maintained home in a great location close to Brant Point and just steps from the center of town. Spacious and up to date, it is an excellent home for a group of adults or a large family. It has many comfortable seating areas indoors and out, a large modern kitchen, and a bathroom for every room. We enjoyed our week here and will miss this house!
