Chien Noir is an adorable cottage on a peaceful five acres. This is a pet friendly two bedroom, one bath cottage with a fully equipped kitchen, gas range, washer and dryer.  The cozy living area with matching recliners has a propane stove to keep you warm as you settle in with your favorite book or watch netflix on the TV. 

Out on the large deck, listen to the birds in the trees and watch the butterflies flutter about while gazing at the beautiful Olympic Mountains. Plenty of space to wander around the property and play yard games, you can even munch on an apple or two in season. 

Chien Noir is perfectly located for day trip adventures.  With easy access to Highway 101, spend your days hiking in the Olympic National Park, or beach combing on one of our many beaches dotting the coastlines.  Cyclists and runners will love being within minutes of the Olympic Discovery Trail and its miles and miles of breathtaking scenery.  Enjoy walking through one of the many fragrant Lavender Farms that dot the Sequim valley, playing a round of golf at Cedars Dungeness or hiking the Dungeness Spit to the historic Dungeness Lighthouse.   

Looking to see if you'd like to move here to Sunny Sequim? Chien Noir is long term friendly, which means you can get a feel for the weather in the Winter as well as in the Summer by enjoying the home and area for a month or two.

Only 25 minutes from Olympic National Park, where you can drive up to Hurricane Ridge for spectacular views and an easy hike at the top.

Around 10 Minutes from Dungeness National Wildlife Refuge, a well-loved area for walking along the sandy beach. For the super-fit, walk 11 miles round trip to visit the lighthouse.
