This was the 97th house we have rented worldwide and the worst. No one should have to experience what we did. There were 17 big things wrong and I am glad to share the list if wanted. They had a 2 month warning that the living rm TV was bad and did nothing. We requested it be fixed before we arrived and nothing. The biggest problem was NO INSTRUCTION or welcome book, the fireplace didn't work, the water was shut off to the refrieg and ice maker, the furnace wasn't calibrated - set to 72 degrees and woke up at 80 degrees. Called 7 times for help to a call center and talked with 7 different people. 18 1/2 hrs later, help came. He pulled the refrieg out and the water had been shut off, the tv was beyond hope, he searched for 10 minutes to get the fireplace on, each room tv had been shut off manually, the guest bed was so broken on one side, you slid off the bed and had to put towels under it, we all woke up sweating in the heat gone amok, outside light was burned out had to use flashlight to punch in the numbers. Eden tried to replace the house that didn't meet our requirements of 2 kings, 2 baths, and NO STEPS. They offered us one with a king, a queen and 20 steps. We finally had to pack up and move to a Hampton Inn. Keep in mind we are seniors in our 80's and were there to celebrate A 64th anniversary. This was an absolute nightmare and we hope to keep someone else from experiencing this. We spent one whole day waiting for help, packing up and finding a motel. HORRIBLE
