This restored manor house offers comfort and tranquility with its panoramic view of the surrounding countryside. Scheduled for large families, reunions with friends or simply enjoy the quiet and rural setting. The private pool is located on a large park.

Discover nearby heritage: 30 min, Brantôme or Venice of Perigord, Bourdeilles on the roads of baronies. 45 min, Périgueux, Bergerac and historic districts.
Activities: Canoe many sites from 10 km, tennis, horse riding 3km, an extensive network of hiking trails: hiking, riding or cycling.
The area is renowned for its traditional cuisine and its many summer country markets (Riberac on Friday morning).

The cottage includes a large living room with fireplace, large dining table, sofas, TV, CD player. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped, and overlooks the terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. A total of 6 bedrooms, one with shower, 1 mezzanine with a double bed, two bathrooms.

The private pool is safe for children. Sun loungers are available. The removable cover keeps the pool ideal water temperature to enjoy swimming at the beginning or end of the season and possibly counter the vagaries of the summer.
Facilities: table tennis, swings, slide.

Réveillon de Noël en famille

Superbe gîte avec tout l équipement nécessaire pour recevoir une famille de 13 personnes et plus. Nous avons passé un très bon réveillon en famille et très bien accueillis par la propriétaire. C est une très belle demeure perdue dans la campagne. Adresse à retenir.

Réunion familiale

Nous avons pu profiter de toutes les prestations du gîte, y compris la capacité maximale de 17 personnes, enfants et adultes. Sylvie est disponible et discrète, répondant aux demandes et remarques, c'est top. L'emplacement est paisible, la maison est trés agréable à vivre et les équipements fonctionnels, le cadre paisible. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour autour d'un triste évènement familial et l'hébergement a largement contribué à le rendre plus doux et chaleureux. Merci.

Un paradis pour les enfants

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la grande piscine, totalement sécurisée, le portique, la table extérieure, le coffre à jouets, la "cabane-perchoir" au fond du jardin. Les propriétaires sont mitoyens mais très discrets et charmants. Bien sûr si l'objectif est de faire des balades nature à pied, on sera un peu frustré car à 1km à la ronde il n'y a que des maïs et des tournesols. Mais à quelques kilomètres nous avons pu visiter le remarquable sîte de Brantôme, les tourbière de Vendoire, plusieurs sites médiévaux magnifiques. Côté équipements, rien ne manque, sauf peut-être un peu d'espace cuisine car pour faire à manger pour 12 personnes il serait parfois utile de pouvoir s'étaler un peu plus. Mais ce n'est qu'un détail face à toutes les qualités de ce logement que nous ne pouvons que recommander, surtout pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants.
