Close to the Labrise, Caribbean, Joalpa and Village du Solleil hotels but closer to the beach. Near the Fairground, Water Park, Kiosks and Mc Donald’s. Property consisting of 3 bedrooms and 1 suite with cabinets, luxury shower, bathroom + maid's bathroom, fully fitted kitchen with custom cabinets, coocktop stove, microwave, electric oven, toaster, etc. Furniture goods (appliances, furniture, offal) all brand new. Large rooms with box beds in two of them. 42 '' and 26 '' (LCD) cable TVs, DVD, WIFI, etc. Airy, bright and all terraced apartment. Ceiling fans in every room. Optional air conditioning and quoted separately. Property intended for family groups only.

Apartamento maravilhoso

O apartamento é muito organizado, limpo, quartos bem grande que acomodou todos super bem, roupas de camas e tolhas muito cheirosas. A moça que nos recebeu é uma amor de pessoa e se deixou a disposição para nós ajudar. O dono da residência não estava presente porém foi super presente via whatsapp e sempre muito preocupada com a gente. Superou nossas expectativas e já estamos planejando para voltar novamente.

Ótimo atendimento!

A limpeza do condomínio é ótima. Tanto da área social, quanto garagem e piscina. A limpeza do apartamento é boa também. Aparelhamento do imóvel: o imóvel conta com cozinha bem equipada, área de serviço com máquina de lavar (o que faz muita diferença, principalmente quando se está com criança). Conta com ar condicionado nos quartos e ventiladores, o que ajuda muito no conforto. A localização é muito boa pois o local é predominantemente residencial e bem tranquilo. Desloca-se facilmente para a praia, a pé ou com uso de veículo. O atendimento on-line, tanto pelo proprietário quanto pela recepcionista foi claro, rápido e eficaz. O atendimento presencial foi igualmente satisfatório. Destaque para a flexibilidade de atendimento quanto aos horários de chegada, saída e sobre o funcionamento do imóvel. A oferta de roupa de cama e banho também é uma funcionalidade que facilita a vida dos hóspedes. Outro ponto positivo: internet wi-fi e serviços de streaming disponibilizados. Em resumo: hospedagem bastante satisfatória. Pretendo retornar!
