So not only is this place beautiful management and ownership is so over the top friendly and responsive. We were celebrating my husbands 40Th birthday party and I wanted a cake and they actually had it brought over and ready for us when we arrived. You can't get this from home away properties but this place is over the top,

Great city vacation spot

We had three couples, was a perfect home base for a city weekend. Quick walk to trains and buses, easy access to beach and Michigan Ave. Lovely kitchen, super comfy beds, great bathroom configuration. Would stay again!

Great property for exploring all Chicago has to offer. Quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants, miracle mile, beach, and so much more. Lovely home with everything you need for city exploring as well as setting for friendship and visiting. Staff is super attentive to needs of quests! Be aware it is three level property with extra steps to front door. Not good choice for guests with physical impairments.

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful brownstone, located minutes from Lake Michigan in Chicago. The property was so warm and welcoming. Great lighting, beautiful living spaces and stocked kitchen too! We'd love to come back and stay again!

Great House Great Location

My wife and kids and I were in town and stayed here for three nights and everyone loved it! Rates were comparable to some of the nicer hotels in town and here we had a lot more room to spread out and relax between outings to shop, eat or to the museums. Thanks to the management team for offering such a great house and for helping us enjoy our stay while in town.

Lovely property and nice location.

My family stayed at the condo and had a wonderful time. We were close to everything and the condo was great. It was well appointed and equipped for cooking a meal if you desired. We were very close to numerous restaurants for dinner. I recommend this property to anyone.
