Welcome to The Beach Nest by the lake and bay! We know you'll enjoy this 1 bedroom condo with spectacular views and comfortable, professional decor. Situated on the 16th hole of the Links Golf Course and Bayside of the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, you’ll relax on your spacious covered patio alongside the lake and golf course, with views perfect for winding down your day. Later, you can kick off your evening at nearby Baytowne Wharf.

This cozy and professionally decorated vacation rental has everything to offer a couple looking for an extended weekend alone, or a young family ready for a week of adventure. The primary suite features a king-size bed with high-end linens and accessories. The living area features large doors that open onto the deck with inviting views of lake waters and the golf course. The kitchen’s coordinating appliances and ample counter space will make meal prep easy and may even inspire a picnic lunch for a day of exploring on bikes. The kitchen area looks into the living space with a pull-out queen sofa in a spacious open-concept floor plan.

After a morning of stand-up paddle boarding in the bay, slip over to Harbour Point's private community pool. If you’re looking for more outdoor activities, grab your towel and Kindle and head to the sugar-white sands of Miramar Beach to dip your toes in the famous emerald-green Gulf waters. If golf is your plan, you’re officially now in golf heaven as you can choose between 3 courses located within the gates of Sandestin: The Links, The Raven, and Baytowne. Other outdoor activities include tennis and bike rentals to explore all of the natural beauty of Sandestin. Add another layer of fun and zip around the resort on the 4 passenger golf cart, which is included with The Beach Nest!

Evening activities abound with dining and shopping available onsite at The Village of Baytowne Wharf. The wharf area is perfect for a romantic evening too. Just outside the gates of Sandestin is a dining and shopping mecca along Grand Boulevard that features names like Cantina Laredo, Fleming’s, The Craft Bar, and Tommy Bahamas. After a day at the beach enjoy one of these destination restaurants for a very fine adult beverage and meal. The Village of Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard offers special events throughout the year including the South Walton Wine and Food Festival, Baytowne Beer Fest, and special event fireworks shows. Our stay

Placed smelled like cat pee. It says pet free but there have been pets in the place. Came back from golfing one day and there was a lady walking around our condo. No heads up from anyone. Called and reported it. Management company said they would dig into it and call us back…. Never happened.

Very Clean

Property was exceptional in terms of cleanliness. Pictures of deck & water weee somewhat misleading as the deck is covered which it does not appear that way in the pics & the water is really just a pond. Unit could definitley use new cushions on furniture but even though dated it was decorathed nicely.

Family Beach Vacation

We had a great stay at this condo in SanDestin Resort! It was very clean and well kept. We really enjoyed having the golf cart as well to get to and from the beach and Baytowne.
