Downstairs master bedroom with full bath, 2 masters upstairs with full bath and a 4th very private and spacious bedroom with half bath, full sitting room and room to sleep more. Gourmet chef's kitchen with 6 burner stainless steel Viking stove/oven, microwave/convection over, washing machine and all the pots and utensils a cook could want. There is a butcher block work island with sink, sitting area and table for 6. Formal dining room for 12. Large L shaped living room with fireplace and a wall of windows and doors looking out to the terrace and pool beyond. Family/workout room with tv, mirrored wall, weights, artist's easel. In addition there is a huge barn/garage with a back wall for tennis, basketball hoop, 45' gymnast's tumble track, ping pong table and/or room to garage 10 cars. About Emilie jackson

I lived and worked in NYC for many years before moving to Southampton full time. I was President of Wathne Limited, a fashion accessories company that had the Ralph Lauren Handbag license. I studied French and Spanish at Queens College. I attended the Sorbonne, and received my Ph.D. from CUNY Graduate Center. I worked as a consultant for a number of engineering firms in North Africa and Mexico. I was also Chairman of the board of the Fashion Group International for 8 years and opened offices in Paris, London and Toronto.

Why Emilie jackson chose Southampton

We fell in love with the land and the privacy. The nearest neighbor is 4 acres away. The house is next to a 44 acre tree farm preserve. The house itself is on 4 beautiful acres and has 20 flowering cherry trees bordering the rear and side of the property. You enter by passing down a lane with an 11 acre pasture where Jackie Onassis rode as a child and where the original Hampton Classic took place in the 1930's. It is a private sanctuary only 3 minutes from Southampton Village. You avoid all the traffic because you can jump off route 27 right away and start enjoying your vacation in the top summer spot in the world as far as we are concerned. Fresh air, pristine beaches, fun events, farm stands, vineyards, boating and swimming and an easy trip from NYC via car, bus, or train.

What makes this farmhouse unique

We remodeled the house by putting French sliding doors and a full wall of windows looking over the back lawn. You feel that you are living in nature with a stunning view of 3 acres of lawn in the back with 22 mature flowering trees and the swimming pool. Surrounded by open fields that remind you of Kentucky, this is truly a special place. We then added an extra family room with a full mirrored wall which could be a dance studio or work out room. This connects to the huge 2400 sq ft garage/barn where my husband who was a painter and our daughter who was a gymnast could practice on the tumble track.

Gorgeous property with a lovely hostess

We were four couples in town for a wedding, and each of us had a wonderful. Emilie, our hostess, greeted us promptly and gave us a tour of the property. It's gorgeous, especially the back yard. Perfect for long weekend! Very clean and had every amenity you would need.

There was some confusion with the damage deposit, but Emilie quickly rectified the situation. Would definitely recommend!

Private retreat, just minutes from town/beaches!

The home owner was extremely accommodating with our early arrival and late check out. The grounds, trees and pool are delightful. The home is sunny and bright with amble amenities for a group of 6-8 people.

STUNNING house and Emilie was fabulous!

My group had a great time staying at Emilie's beautiful house. Everything was perfect - the pool was heated, the house was clean, the lawn was manicured, we had enough propane for the grill, etc. I look forward to visiting again next Summer. Also, Emilie was always very responsive to messages and refunded my security deposit within 24 hours of me leaving the house. Highly recommended :)

Amazing Gem in Southampton

Amazing! Emilie was a great host and was always quick to answer any question/concern. Her whole home is beautiful inside and out! We enjoyed the massive lawn and had total privacy the entire weekend. Highly recommend staying any larger group staying with her anytime. We were a group of 10 and never once felt crowded. Thank you Emilie and hope to visit your home again soon!!!!

Rest and Relaxation

The house was accurate to the listing description and pictures. The house was very comfortable. I loved that all four bedrooms had its own bathroom which made getting dress much easier. There are two tvs and free wifi. Tons of privacy from the neighbors. The best part was the location. The house is literally 5 minutes from the beach and there's free parking. There is also a nearby grocery store and a few restaurants 3 blocks away for your convenience. The owner Emilie is a sweetheart and I had zero issues. My cousin even left her planner and Emilie was so sweet she mailed her planner to her. She was very attentive and answered all of my questions in a timely manner and has also released or security deposit with no issues. I would definitely recommend a friend to stay here because I would book this home again.
