About this property

This beautifully decorated condo, features stunning views from the 12th floor of the 'AQUA' blue gulf waters from the private balcony. The condo can accommodate 6 guests and is conveniently located to shopping, resturants and tourist attractions such as Pier Park, Gulf World, Miracle Strip Amusement Park, and Panhandle Helicopter rides. So many things to do within a short walking distance.

The gulf front master bedroom has floor to ceiling glass doors leading to balcony, to enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail while viewing spectacular sunsets! Master also has a big walk in closet and spacious master bath that includes walk in shower, garden tub and double sinks.

There is a queen sleeper sofa and extra bunk room that will sleep 2 more .
Hall bath has walk in shower , toilet and single sink.

Kitchen features granite countertops and is well stocked with everything (dishes, glasses, flatware, cookware) that you will need for a comfortable stay.
Dining area seats 4 with 2 extra seats at breakfast bar.

Perfect vacation!!

We had an absolutely awesome week long stay! Kelly is an unbelievably great host and did everything possible to make our trip as easy and comfortable as it could be. The condo is beautiful and recently updated with everything you could ask for along with a breathtaking view. The property is a perfect location with easy walking access to Pier Park. We will be back as soon as we possibly can!

JUST STUNNING!

1st off Kelly was the absolute best host I have ever had! I asked her a lot of stuff, as we were not familiar with the area & she was always very fast to respond & always had an answer for me. The condo was spotless & smelled so clean! The view was BREATH TAKING! The colors & decors just makes you feel like all your stress is just melting away as soon as you walk in. Great balcony furniture! The tile showers are just beautiful, everything is updated & new! The bed is so comfortable as well. The bath towels were the SOFTEST I have ever used! The multi pools & hot tub were clean & beautiful just as described. The beach (white gorgeous sand) is so clean & swimmable. Lots of places to go, lots of different restaurants to choose from. We walked to everything. There is lots of shopping. Walmart is close enough to walk or you can Uber for your groceries you may want/need for your stay. Everyone there (they lived there) were some of the nicest people we have ever met. I HIGHLY recommend Kelly’s condo at the Aqua. We will be returning! Thank you Kelly!
