Located near University Mall, and convenient to all of the hospitals businesses and colleges, especially in Norteast Pensacola.

Great for extended stay business travelers, beach goers, family visits, and everything else Northwest Florida has to offer.

Booking is reserved and firm when both deposit and rent are received. Non-refundable, non-transferable, non-reschedulable. Travel insurance covers many things that might make cancelation necessary. Candy and I buy it sometimes when we travel.

Family Events

My stay was great. I enjoyed sitting by the pool early in the morning……was a very quiet neighborhood. I had 2 family events and the place worked out great.

Wouldn’t recommend

AC wasn’t working right. Killed 2 inch cockroaches. Mouse poop. Sink in master bathroom was plugged had to go buy Drano. The toilet in the master stunk like pee, I scrubbed until I got the floor smelling good around the toilet. Windows are so dirty you can’t see out of them. There was no grill, like it said there was. So if you hire someone to come in and clean your getting ripped off.

Fabulous stay

This property made us feel right at home. Beautiful condo, close to everything and the owners were so pleasant and easy to talk to. Will be back for sure!

We bought and lived in this condo when we first moved to Pensacola. It is close to the colleges, airport, and downtown which was important to us. It is a perfect location and a lovely place to live.
