RULES FOR REFUNDS: Cancellation Policy: There is a $500.00 USD, non-refundable deposit in order to secure the rental as of the booking date. If cancellation occurs 40 days or more before check-in date and time (5pm Australian Standard Time): the full balance, not including $500 deposit, will be returned. The Guest will receive a $500 credit for future use within two years of cancellation date. If cancellation occurs less than 40 days before the check-in date and time (5pm Australian Standard Time): the full amount is non-refundable unless the unit is rented by another party, at which time we will reimburse any amount recovered by the new rental (not including the original $500 deposit and other reasonable costs). The Guest will receive a $500 credit for future use within two years of cancellation date. Storms: If there is a severe tropical storm or hurricane, refunds will only be given if the state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in the area. In the event that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation, we will refund: • Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered; • Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and • Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period. RULES FOR DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS: A $500.00 USD damage deposit will be charged to the Guest’s credit card at the time of full rental payment. If there are no damaged or missing items, the full $500 deposit will be returned to the Guest’s credit card. If there are any damaged or missing items discovered up to 14 days after check-out, the replacement cost of those items, including sourcing costs and delivery costs, will be deducted from the damage deposit and the balance returned to the Guest’s credit card. If damages are greater than $500, the Guest’s credit card will be charged for any replacement cost over $500 and the Guest agrees to said payment. The Homeowner prides itself on good relationships with its Guests and will be always fair and reasonable in working with Guests to replace or repair any damaged or missing items. RENTAL RULES 1. Smoking is NOT allowed. 2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in and on the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Guests will keep the property and all furnishings in good order. 4. Guests will only use appliances for their intended uses. 5. Pets are NOT allowed. 6. Parking: Parking is limited to 1 vehicle. Vehicles are to be parked in the designated parking space only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 7. Housekeeping: While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily cleaning service is not included in the rental rate. If daily cleaning is desired, it is the responsibility of the Guest to make arrangements directly with the cleaner. Towels or linens are not permitted to be taken from the units, except for the beach towels provided. 8. Check-in: Guests will not check in to the Property prior to 5pm on the Check-in Date, unless previously agreed to in writing by the Homeowner. 9. Check-out: Guests will check-out of the Property by 11am on the Check-out Date, unless previously agreed to in writing by the Homeowner.
100% refund if cancelled at least 60 days before arrival date.
Perfect Condo, Perfect Location
There is nothing like the beach at Surfers Paradise, especially when you are able to enjoy it from your balcony. Amenities in the Soul as well as security features make it very desirable. The mall nextdoor is a bit conjested (full grocery store, all types of shopping, restaurants and bars, but everything within walking distance.) Used the condo as a jumping off point to explore the coast, mountains and take cruises.
Condo clean and fully stocked with basics for simple meals. Three sliding glass doors to the balcony. Exactly like the pictures. I totally agree with past reviews. Check-in and out were flawless. Highly recommend for short or extended stay.

Wonderful unit, perfect to share with another couple. Great location, in the middle of everything. The beach is beautiful and you are right on top of it.

Stayed in this condo for 3 nights. It was so relaxing sitting on your balcony sipping coffee and watching whales and dolphins swim past. View of the ocean and beach is superb, cafes and restaurants only a few steps away, the cafes are a great way to relax, sip on a cold glass of wine and simply watch the world around you.
Amenities at the Soul were fabulous, lots of pools, hot tubs, gymnasium and barbecue area. We need to stay longer next time.

Just spectacular! 5 stars.
My husband and I stayed in this stunning property for 4 nights in September with our 8 year old daughter. Beautifully appointed apartment, beds very comfortable - we cooked a few meals and the Kitchen was great. Can't top the location - right on the beachfront with spectacular views over the Pacific Ocean from the generous balcony, and right in the heart of Cavill Avenue shopping centre; shopping and eating out, we were spoilt for choice. Amenities were terrific - lots of choices on site for pools and water play, whatever the weather. And of course the beach just over the road. We will definitely be booking another stay here.

First class property at Surfers
Our family with 3 young children absolutely loved our stay at this amazing property! First class building in an unbeatable location. Amazing amenities and completely luxurious extras complete the package. The unit is extremely well maintained and had everything we could have needed for a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend this wonderful property and hope to return soon!

Fantastic condo in a fantastic location. Located in the heart of Surfer's Paradise in Australia's Gold Coast this place has everything; great beach, great shopping, casino, and lively night life along the promenade which is just across the street.
The views of the beach and ocean from this ultra modern condo are simply stunning.
Enjoyed it immensely.
