About Debra
Fate brought me to Seward in 1980. Seward was so beautiful, I am still here. In 1995 I started working with vacation rentals. Now our portfolio ranges from romantic one room units for couples, to wonderful refurbished WWII quonset huts just a block from the water, to 2 bedrooms suites to a 3-4 bedroom house with 2.5 bathrooms. Bay Watch is our newest and most exciting addition. We are really looking forward to sharing it with our future guests.

Why Debra chose Seward
Seward is a small historical town, with warm friendly people. The town's lay out is very easy to understand, everything is less then 10 minutes away. Everywhere you look you see amazing views. If you are an outdoor enthusiast, the activities are endless. If you just want to sit, relax and enjoy the views, you will find them to be endless.
What makes this Condo unique
This property is as close as you can be to Resurrection Bay and be in town. So it is the best of both worlds. People have told me they have seen whales, otters, sea lions and eagles right from their living room chair. You can sit in comfort and watch all the activities on the bay, such as sailing, kayaking, tug boats, barges, cruise lines, charter fishing boats, commercial fishing boats, tour boats, all going out for the day to experience the Kenai Fjords.

perfectly peaceful
The view is glorious! The hospitality exceptional. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Thank you for your kind words. We look forward to seeing you again. Thank you for the key chain!
Perfect location in Seward!
Very cute apartment, nicely decorated, well stocked, even has a vibrating chair and a telescope! Comfortable beds, good blinds to block the midnight sun, great location with easy walking to all of Seward. Will definitely stay again!
Awesome Weekend
My Wife and I with our two young children loved Alaska's Point of View Suites . Not only was the property gorgeous and well maintained, but our host, Debra, couldn't have made of feel more welcome. Seward is a lovely small town with great restaurants , parks for the kids, and a charm all of its own! We will be back!
Very nice place, very helpful staff
Our vacation as fantastic and affordable. We stayed 3 nights in and my only regret was not booking a fourth night at my suite. We spoke with Deborah Hafemeister, the owner and felt very comfortable. She has several suites/properties , at which she can accommodate you. My suite was beautiful, quiet, safe clean . Everything I needed were there. Microwave, dishes, fridge, nice shower/bathroom, dining table, couch, coffee maker ( and coffee), and even a cute little massage chair. I couldn't ask for more. Her reservation system was simple and she emailed me the materials to complete the transaction. She even mailed me a travel magazine to prepare for my stay. Her instructions are very good. Just be patient and read everything on her website. I went on the excursion and received a discount for booking through her. I don't have any complaints. It was all good. She is an artist and the decor of the suites does include nice art pieces on the walls and windows. Thank you Deborah!
Perfect place to stay
I booked the Alaska's Point of View a little while ago. Debra was super friendly during booking and at check in I was able to check in early.
The room size was what I expected and I enjoyed the clean line of decor.
Free Wifi was available with very good signal strength and 100 % uptime in my room. Well done!Surely I will come back staying with Alaska's Point of View
Stayed December 2014
