Newly renovated From Hurrican Ian Damage ...Less than 5 minute WALK to the beach. Spacious (over 3000 SQ/FT), fully furnished 5 bedroom, 3 bath on a quiet street. Property is convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, marinas and all beach activities. The local Trolley passes by . Due to HURRICANE IAN there are not many restaurants open But Bonita Springs are open and we are only 17 min to 41 in Bonita .

Sleeps up to 10 : 1 king, 3 queen, 2 twin . Full kitchen With Everything You Need to prepare meals and function away from home. All bedrooms and living room have flat screen TV's FREE cable and WiFi included. All linens, bathroom towels, and kitchenware provided. Washer & Dryer in unit.

There are many extras provided including grill, 4 pool Deck chairs, Upstairs deck with Lounge chairs and table and down stairs has a table and a beach cart

Directly down and across the street stroll the beach and watch the sunrise or sunset, collect shells (please read the regulations at the beach access entrance),

Take a short drive south to the Bonita Beach Road for Restaurants There are currently 17 Restaurants in The beach area open!! and shopping on Fort Myers Beach (WILL Be Opening Again soon )

Perfect spot

Our extended family gathered for spring break and this was a great property! Well stocked and comfortable. Pool, canal and walking distance to beach! We had a company deliver a kayak and paddle board for our use in the canal. Rented a jet ski from Cape Coral one day and air boat rides in Immokee! Great vacation. Lots of work still to do from Hurricane in the area but Fort Myers Beach is open!!!

Enjoyed our stay but house needs work...

Our family of 6 stayed at Tammy's property for a week long vacation. We have traveled to many other beaches in Florida but it was our first time in Fort Myers. The home featured everything we needed. Kitchen was extremely well stocked and the appliances worked great. The kitchen was also well stocked with condiments and seasonings. The upper level looks like it was recently remodeled. The living room had board games which our family really enjoyed. Bath and pool towels were very well stocked. There were also fishing poles that we used. The pool was wonderful, very big and clean. The deck and outside areas had a lot of seating and it was very well kept. The location of the home was also amazing. The walk to the beach was 5 minutes. The house is old and needs to be updated. AC could not keep up with the Florida heat. Downstairs bedrooms had window units that are covered in black mold. The upstairs vents were also covered in mold which caused allergies. The downstairs area is not renovated and had a musty smell to it. We noticed that the kitchen and the home overall was very cluttered and messy. Drawers and cabinets had food/dirt in them. The grill was not clean and the gas tanks did not work, Tammy offered to refund us the cost of the gas tanks if we replaced them. Somehow we were supposed to wash towels and sheets? Something about not more than one load but we didn't quite understand that since we payed a cleaning fee. The first night, we found two cockroaches, one in the downstairs bedroom and one in the kitchen. Tammy sent the exterminator the following day. We also found two bugs on the sheets of the beds downstairs as well as more roaches in the kitchen drawers and cabinets. Tammy was an amazing host, we notified her that the beach chairs and umbrella were broken and she replaced them the same day. She also sent the exterminator the next day as mentioned above. She is very responsive and addressed concerns as needed. The home overall needs extensive deep cleaning and updated for the price payed.

Good times!

We had a great week staying in Fort Myers Beach. The property was for the most part very good. Lots of supplies for cooking. The biggest complaint was the air conditioner just could not keep up with the heat. And the downstairs only had window units in the bedrooms. The pool was fantastic. Very clean and we had no issues with insects in the pool area. Even the dogs enjoyed the stay!

Great spot for family beach vacation

The house had plenty of space for a family of seven. The kitchen was great for cooking breakfast and lunch. Then there were great options to go out for dinner. It was located on a quiet cul-de-sac with a short walk to a great beach. The screened in pool was clean and awesome to jump in at any time. If we go back to fort Myers beach, we would definitely look to stay here again.
