About the property

House, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, 1 Half Baths, Sleeps 8

Spend a summer weekend or a mid-week winter getaway at this wonderful Oceanside vacation home! You and up to seven other guests will have plenty of widows boasting ocean views so you can watch the waves roll in, whether it's a dramatic storm or a clear, sunny day. There's even an ocean-facing deck to enjoy a lazy afternoon while you sip a glass of wine.

The small town of Oceanside is a quiet spot on the Oregon Coast to relax and unwind. When you're hungry (and don't feel like preparing a meal in your own kitchen), head the couple of blacks to Roseanna's Cafe or Brewin' in the Wind. From the steps of your Oceanside getaway, you'll be just a minute or two's walk right down to the shore. Other nearby attractions include cheese tasting at the Tillamook Cheese Factory or a day of hiking around Cape Meares State Park.

This oceanfront villa has a unique loft on the third floor - a minimally-decorated, open area that you can use how you like. Bring an air mattress and turn it into a fun place for the kids, or just use it as a reading nook before bed. There are large observatory-style windows for a stunning view of the water.

The first two floors of this Oceanside vacation home are just as comfortable. From the entry level, you'll have a spacious living area, complete with a cozy wood-burning fireplace, TV, and a Blu-ray player. Be sure to bring your favorite DVDs from home! There is also provided wireless Internet so you can stay in touch with friends and family.

Make a home-cooked dinner in the full kitchen and when everyone is done, clean-up will be super easy because you'll even have a dishwasher. You can retire to the deck for after-dinner drinks or settle around the TV for some movies. And when it's time to turn in, all three bedrooms are on the second floor. You'll have a queen bed each in two of the rooms (one is a master - also with its own fireplace and deck), and a bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds, as well as a wonderful ocean view.

And don't forget the third floor loft - a great family hang out space or a quiet nook for sketching, reading, or even napping. This Oceanside vacation home is also dog-friendly for one dog with a small nightly fee.

Perfect for a family getaway or two couples traveling together, this Oceanside, Oregon villa offers a location right in the middle of this small, charming town. Park your car in the garage and walk everywhere - the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, and more.

Plan a stay at this Oregon Coast retreat for a truly special getaway anytime of year! Whether you grill steaks out on the deck for an Independence Day barbecue or you watch a storm over the Pacific Ocean from the warmth of the living room, this Oceanside vacation home is a great choice.

About Vacasa of Oregon Coast

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Loved the layout and the location

 • 4 of 5

We loved that this house was steps away from Oceanside beach with great views. There was plenty of room for our gang and my daughter LOVED the loft. The main living area has been updated, but the rest of the house really needs it - especially the carpets. The exterior and decks need re-staining and I'd suggest an upgrade of some of the furniture as well. Still, we liked it and would stay there again.

Beautiful View

 • 4 of 5

The view from the kitchen window was wonderful, I could have parked myself in front of the window the entire time. The home was comfortable, kitchen stocked with enough dishes and cooking utensils. The BBQ worked and we enjoyed the fireplace each day and night. The one issue we had was we were not able to get the shower to work in the second floor bathroom (not the mater bath). But other then that, we enjoyed our family time in this home. During the winter months it would be nice to have a fire-log to start with and then purchase additional fire wood at the store in town. Also, be sure to get gas before you come in to town for it was $5.00 a gallon. We also enjoyed the para-gliders who would land on the beach from the cliff above. Very cool.

Owner's Response: We will check the shower and would have been happy to assist our guest with this had they notified us during their stay. Thanks!

The kids loved it!

 • 5 of 5

The loft was a big hit with our kids, ages 9 and 13. The views were terrific! We appreciate that the furniture was comfortable, but not so upscale that we had to worry about it with kids and dog.

Nice view

Nice views of the beach. Convenient walk to the beach and nice natural light.
The loft is a nice touch and the kids loved spending time up there (though we had to watch over the little ones when coming down from the ladder).
Perfect home for kids and dog!

 • 5 of 5

Loved staying at Villa Villekula! Everyone had a spot--plenty of space and so fun to walk to ocean. The mud room on the entry floor was perfect.
