About this property

This authentic Florida house has 3 roomy bedrooms, 3 baths, new kitchen, plenty of parking for cars, boats, golf carts and bikes. It is at ground level with no stairs. New luxury beds, new TVs, new pool heaters, pumps and filters. Quality appliances and beautiful, casual furniture. Remodel completed December, 2013. the beach is a 2 minute walk and 30 seconds by golf cart. Lots of room for everyone to have their privacy and then come together in the spacious and comfy living/dinning area. The gorgeous and huge TV will make everyone smile. Hop on your cart and in minutes be at your favorite restaurant , bar or ice cream shop! Run down to the beach and catch the always perfect sunset or cast a line to see what's for dinner. Just lounge in the beautiful heated pool or read a good book on the screened lanai. True relaxation is waiting for you in our little piece of heaven! Serendipity!

Private oasis

Two of us stayed here for 6 weeks while our home was being rebuilt from hurricane IAN It is very comfortable with a great small pool. The neighborhood was wonderful, very nice neighbors and right across the street from the beach. Best of both worlds. Privacy and comradery when desired. The owner has all the essentials well stocked and was very responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay there again

Truly a fabulous vacation!

We had such a wonderful time at the house! It had everything we needed to have such a relaxing time! It was so nice to have the pool and all the amenities at the house. I appreciate not having to bring our beach towels or chairs. Anne was so welcoming and helpful. We will definitely be back! What a great experience!! We love Serendipity!

Awesome property and fantastic owner

We had a wonderful time in the lovely house. The owner was fantastic - very easy to communicate with and extremely pleasant. We spent a lot of time at the beach but loved the zen vibe of the beautiful property. We would LOVE to stay there again. Thank you!

Tranquility

The house, pool and grounds were fantastic. In back of property it felt like being in the jungle. I personally spent a lot of time there. Our stay was refreshing.

About the host

Hosted by Anne and John Nehring

John and Anne found Boca Grande in 2010 and have dreamed of finding a place on the Island they could call their own. Well serendipity would have it and they did in April of 2014. The perfect home for them, Anne's Mother Bess and the two precious French bulldogs Gigi and Maurice! Being business owners of multiple specialty food stores in Milwaukee, Wi. they wanted to share their 'Serendipity' with others and VRBO is the perfect way to do that.

Why they chose this property

Our house is perfect for everyone! We are close to the beach (40 sec. by golf cart) on a quiet, yet very convenient to town street. You will fall in love with Boca and our home just as we did.
