About this property

Private Cabin, lake view, Hot Tub optional, Grille, Fire ring, 2-7 guests

Your cabin is designed to be affordable for just a single couple ($185) , or two couple ($255), or even three couple ($325) , and possibly 7 guests, if the seventh guest doesn't mind sleeping on a comfortable single bed in the king bed bedroom The base amount is $185 for two guests, and extra guests are $35 per guest per night. The main floor consists of a large living room/bedroom and bath, and a new full kitchen. The new 14' x 34' deck overlooks a five mile view of Beaver Lake (one of the most pristine lakes in America) that will leave you speechless. Downstairs there are two additional bedrooms and bath. A washer and drier are available only with granted permission by the owner, and guests must provide their own detergent, softener, etc. Just outside is a beautiful downstairs deck also with a great view. The hot tub is the perfect relaxer, you will sleep like a baby. There is a one time hot tub fee of $50 that covers our heating and chemical costs. So when you book, be sure to declare if you wish to use the Hot Tub, and it will be up and running for you when you arrive. Nestled in the trees is a new fire ring, and includes a supply of logs for your fire. The wooded four acres the cabin sits on is filled with wildlife. From red fox to white tail deer, opossum and bobcat. Up above you will see woodpeckers, hawks, eagles, and turkey vultures, not to mention a variety of song birds.
There's a boat launch ramp just down the hill, a marina around the corner, and a dam site park minutes away. There's even trout fishing or canoeing on the white river adjacent to the dam. In town, you will find all sorts of entertainment, from a new zip line ride, to a wild animal shelter with lions, tigers, and bears ....... 'Oh My!' You can even take a dinner car ride on the old steam engine train from yesteryear. Our shops and restaurants are over the top with quality and uniqueness. Check in time for the cabin is 3:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM.
This property is not suitable for the disabled or those with agility issues as there are stairs inside and outside
There is a situation that has occurred several times of which I need to warn you of. Attempts have been made to sneek additional guests into the cabin. If this occurs the guests will immediately be required to leave the cabin with no refund.

Eclipse Trip!
Gorgeous property with an amazing view of the lake. When my dad walked in he was complimenting me on choosing such a wonderful place. It's pretty much out in the middle of nowhere so if you're looking to get away from hustle and bustle, it's perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful place!!
We decided last minute to get away for our anniversary. We found and booked last minute, we weren’t expecting much. Before we arrived the host called and was extremely friendly. He gave us instructions on how to check in and offered us to contact him if we had any questions. We arrived at the property it was clean and very welcoming. The hot tub was top of the line and very relaxing. The kitchen was nicely upgraded and the bed was comfortable. The view was to die for!! The host left information on places to eat and brochures on things to do. We will definitely be back next time we will be bring the whole family!! Thank you for an anniversary we will never forget!!

Christmas getaway.
The property was extremely clean and the rental and checkin process was easy. The cabin had everything that we needed (could use a new coffee pot ) The weather turned out to be freezing however we enjoyed our time looking out the window at the incredible views, visiting town which is about 20 minutes away, and hiking. The hot-tub malfunctioned but the owner worked on it all day even though it was freezing outside despite our objections. She fixed it! But it didn’t heat in time for us to use it. The outdoor area is beautiful and would be nice to use in warmer weather. The cabin would easily sleep 7. Despite it being just the two of us we slept downstairs. It was quieter. The cabin sits very close to the street and you could hear some street traffic upstairs. We enjoyed all the deer and the spectacular view. Beautiful part of the state. Make sure to drive down to the damn and look at the river.

Eureka lake views
Beautiful location. Great views from the deck and the house. Extremely helpful host. Hot tub and fire pit are a plus. Close enough to Eureka Springs to go in for dinner, lunch etc. We liked not staying in town as the town is great to look at but looking at the lake and the forest was a much better choice.

Jack first came to Eureka in the early 70's as a hippie and fell in love with this magical town. It's not about money in Eureka Springs, it's about lifestyle, Jack will tell you, and what a lifestyle it is. His love of the outdoors, fishing, hiking, and all sorts of water sports, make Jack a happy camper. He has great stories, and if you are lucky enough to spend time with him, he will be sure an tell you a few. Most of all, Jack loves people as you will see. He will do whatever it takes to make sure you enjoy this place he calls paradise.

Why they chose this property

I've wanted this cabin ever since Evelyn and I first saw it 40 years ago. So when the opportunity presented its self, we couldn't help ourselves. The cabin needed work, and we gave it what it needed. It was a dream 40 years ago, but a reality today. A magic little cabin.

What makes this property unique

We adjusted its design so it not only can accommodate three couples, but can be minimalized to be affordable for just a single couple. The deck is fantastic, as is the spectacular view of Beaver Lake, and I promise if you use the hot tub, you will sleep like a baby.
