Detailed description:

Let our condo be your home away from home in Park City! Our beautifully updated and incredibly clean condo has everything you need to live like a local in Park City. It's in the perfect location to enjoy everything our beautiful mountain town has to offer. But most importantly, you'll have peace of mind knowing that your host is local, super quick to answer questions and is incredibly responsive should any issues arise. We take great pride in our condo and the service we provide to our guests. We want you to have an awesome 5-star Park City vacation!

Location:

Snowcrest Condos are located at 1530 Empire Avenue in Park City, right across the street from Park City Mountain Resort. Our condo is a corner-unit on the second floor.

Sleeping accommodations:

The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and there is a pull-out bed in the living room couch. This unit sleeps up to 4.

Entertainment:

There's a large flat-screen TV in the living room with cable. Wifi is free and tech support is available 24-hours a day.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is fully stocked with the equipment you need to make meals at home (dishes, pots, pans and utensils). We also provide a drip coffee pot, tea kettle, toaster and blender. There's not a dishwasher in the unit.

Other Items Provided:

We provide all linens/towels/bedding for 4 guests. There's a hair dryer, ironing board and iron, soap, one travel-sized shampoo/conditioner set, humidifier and fans. We also provide Duraflame-type logs for the fireplace. These are easier to use and easier on our mountain air than wood. But if you’d like the real stuff you can pick up a bundle for around $5 at any convenient or grocery store.

Climate Control:

This condo is heated by baseboard heaters. There is no AC in the condo but there are ceiling fans and window fans to bring in the cool mountain air at night. Summer temps during the day can be warm but nights cool down into the 50’s and 60’s.

Parking:

There's a large parking lot at the complex and you are provided with one parking pass for your stay.

Swimming Pool:

Pool and hot tub hours are 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM in the summer (Memorial Day - Labor Day) and 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM in the winter (opening - closing day for the Park City ski resorts). As is the case with all condo complexes in Park City, the hot tub and pool are closed in the spring and fall. There is no lifeguard on duty. No glass in the pool area and please be mindful of noise.

Laundromat:

There are not laundry facilities at Snowcrest. The closest (and only) laundromat in Park City is about 2 minutes away by car.

Phone:

There is no phone in the unit. All major U.S. cell phones work in Park City.

Transportation:

Park City’s a small town and our condo’s in a great location, making getting around without a car very easy. In most cases we recommend that you forego a rental car and utilize the free Park City bus.

Luggage Storage:

We're so sorry but we can't always offer post-check out luggage storage. If you have a late-night flight we recommend booking another night or renting a car to store your things. Park City Mountain Resort has bag check available in the winter.

Park City Recommendations:

As our guest, you'll receive a comprehensive guide to our condo and insights into Park City from a locals point of view, including where to eat, what to do, how to get around and how to get the lowest price on ski passes. Need more advice or have other questions? Just ask! We literally live blocks away and LOVE helping our guests enjoy our beautiful mountain town.

House rules:

Our condo is your home away from home during your stay in Park City and we ask that you treat it as such. Little things like wiping up spills quickly, not allowing children to jump on furniture and turning off lights and electronics when you leave go a long way to keeping our place in great shape. Be respectful and courteous to your neighbors and mindful of noise at all times of the day and night. Smoking is not permitted in the condo, on the balcony or anywhere on the Snowcrest property. Pets/animals are not allowed in our condo at any time or for any reason.

ROB, Feb 2017: Cindy has the process dialed in. We got in late--around midnight, no problem as the key was waiting for us. Next morning, it was 3 minute walk to the chairlift. Hot tub and pool were nice. Walk downtown to restaurants in less than 15 minutes or take the bus that stops just in front of the place. We will stay here again for sure.

RODEL, MAR 2017: Stayed at Jason and Cindy's apt for 4 days with my family. This place is as described, lovely, clean, and comfortable. The location is great, close to everything. Definitely a gem in Park City. Would stay here again and would recommend this place to friends and family. J&C are great host!

MICHELLE, JANUARY 2017: We loved our stay at Cindy and Jason's beautiful home. The apartment was well appointed, clean and welcoming. The kitchen had all the essentials and even some extras that made it fell like home! It's location was super convenient. The condo is literally down the street from PCMR and less than a 3 min drive to historic downtown Park City. Cindy and Jason provided a great introduction package with lots of helpful information for us to get around town. They were the best hosts and really went above and beyond! This was definitely one of my favorite experiences and they're definitely be my first choice when I go back to Park City!!

ALISHA, JUNE 2017: Ahhhhmayzing. Every detail here was taken care of even a hair dryer and as a girl, this is a little thing but very appreciated. There is a book on the kitchen table of helpful information even good restaurants in the area divided into lower and higher prices. The apartment was spotless and adorable and located just behind The Park City Mountain Resort. its in the hub of everything, restaurants, market. Everything we needed at a stones throw away. We could not beat the price ever. Plenty of blankets and pillows if someone is using the pullout couch. The pool and spa tub are awesome. Parking our rental was included and such a nice addition. I can't say enough about this place. I will definitely be renting/booking from Jason and Cindy again. Maybe a winter visit next time!

JEFFREY, AUGUST 2017: From the start, Jason and Cindy were great at communicating, sending us lots of info about their condo, the surrounding area, and other helpful tips. They answered questions I had as the date drew nearer and when we arrived, everything was great! The place looked exactly like the pictures, the place was super clean and comfortable, and their directions made everything easy. All of their info they had previously sent was in a nice little binder on the kitchen table, much like a hotel would do! The location was great, very close to many things in Park City. Easy to find, parking was not a problem, and the hosts were very easy to work with. We'd definitely stay here again and have no hesitation at all to recommend staying here!

There is free, unassigned off-street parking should you arrive with a car, but a car certainly isn't necessary. The Park City free bus route will take you to every resort in the area as well as Old Town and other locations, and the bus stop only steps away.

In addition to being across the street from PCMR and right next to the free bus route, you have a Starbuck's, 7-11, grocery store and numerous restaurants within only a few blocks.

The Park City Golf Course is also right across the street. In the winter it becomes the White Pine Touring Cross Country ski course with over 20 kms of groom trails!

If you enjoy Mountain Biking you'll find some of the best riding anywhere, right outside your door. Hop on your bike and you can be on amazing single track in less than two-minutes!

Great place to stay!

My husband and I recently stayed there and it was perfect! This was a great condo unit with plenty of space for both of us. It's very updated, in great shape and extremely comfortable. I had to contact the owners a few times during our stay and they responded within 10 minutes of my text. Also, the location is great and close to everything including the downtown. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Convenient clean comfortable condo!

We loved our stay at Jason and Cindy's condo! It was a beautiful cozy condo and very close to the slopes and town. Jason and Cindy are wonderful hosts and made sure every aspect of our stay was turnkey and seamless.

We look forward to staying there again!

Great location and really helpful owners

The location exceeded our expectations. On bus line, across the street from ski rental place and short walk to lift. The owners were also responsive and helpful with all of our prep questions....restaurant recommendations, storing luggage, getting groceries delivered. It made a quick weekend feel like we weee there for a week since we didn’t have to spend time on logistics.
