Saturday to Saturday WEEKLY rentals only March- October. One week maximum stay. We do not rent monthly. We take reservations up to 180 days in the future.

PLEASE read before booking: Minimum age 25 for primary guest. This condo will accommodate up to 2 (TWO) adults (MAXIMUM) and 2 children ages 3-12 years. Our condo is not child proofed. NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE OR OUT AND NO PETS. Celadon is a non smoking community. No events, get togethers or parties. If any of these rules are violated you will be evicted with no refunds and forfeit your damage deposit. Celadon Resort has surveillance cameras and our unit has a Ring doorbell camera. No inside cameras. Please do not book if you are not comfortable with this.

Please accept our invitation to our 1 bedroom, 2 bath Celadon Beach Resort beachfront condo located on the 8th floor. Newly updated and furnished. The kitchen has granite countertops and shaker white cabinets (installed 2016) and Stainless appliances. Beach service (daily set up of two chairs and an umbrella by the beach attendant) for 2 included in rates (March-October). Beautiful furniture and a comfortable King memory foam mattress. Luxury vinyl plank flooring has been installed throughout. Updated master bath with new tub, tile surround and glass doors Jan 2022. Please note that Celadon is a NON-smoking community. No smoking or vaping inside or outside the unit. The bunks are more narrow than regular twins and are intended for children only. You will love the view from the 8th floor balcony! Celadon Beach Resort offers 2 pools, one beachfront and one heated indoor/outdoor, 2 hot tubs, tennis , exercise room , charcoal grill and covered parking garage.

RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS: The traveler will not get a refund if they cancel their booking at any time after it is accepted. We do not offer date changes. We STRONGLY suggest travel insurance in case something unexpected happens. Please be sure to read what each policy covers.

25 Year age requirement for renters:

Any individual renting or leasing a unit within the condominium must be a minimum of twenty-five (25) years of age. The Association has the right to demand proof of compliance with this age restriction from any entity including the owner, tenant or rental agency.

ONE week MAX rental. We require guest to provide a copy of driver's license and a e signed rental agreement within 24 hours or we will cancel.

We have outdoor cameras. Guest agrees to pay $50 per hour for late or early check in/out and for extra cleaning if home is left in poor condition.

Excellent host and location

We had a wonderful stay. Just my husband and I. Daily chair service at the beach was great! Ease of navigating the building was a plus. Quick elevators but they went down a couple of times while there. Overall, great place! Will stay again

Spectacular view.

Beautiful condo with a great view. We could see and hear the waves from the balcony. We even saw dolphins every day. The place was clean and well kept. We would stay here again.

Relaxing

This place was very relaxing just what we needed for our vacation. Perfect view of the ocean. Very fast elevators that brings you straight to the beach to walk out on. The place smelled amazing so clean and comfy. Close to many great places to eat and also not a very crowded area of the beach which made it even more relaxing. Will definitely be back.

I have been renting by owner since 2001! We purchased a chalet in Gatlinburg in 1997 and have been listed on VRBO for years (vrbo #8484). My husband Jeff and I have been happily married for 44 years. We are blessed with 5 wonderful children,4 precious grandchildren and 4 sweet daughter in laws.

Why they chose this property

We first purchased a property in Gatlinburg,TN in 1997 and have rented it by owner since 2001. We purchased our second property in Panama City Beach in 2009 on the east end at Treasure Island. We decided to buy this one in Celadon Beach because we loved its location on the quieter peaceful end of Panama City Beach only 2 miles from Pier Park.
