About this property

5 Minutes To Biltmore House, 10 To Downtown, Grove Park Inn And Blue Ridge Pkwy

While staying in my home, you can experience all that Asheville has to offer in a comfortable, clean and welcoming environment. Being located within 1 mile of Biltmore Village offers nearby restaurants, breweries and shopping while residing in a quiet, friendly residential area. Newly completed total renovation includes a natural gas-on demand-water heater for endless hot water, a gas stove and cook top for your culinary pleasure, and a gas furnace/AC and remote controlled gas logs in the living room fireplace to keep you comfortable. Hardwood floors throughout help control allergens. Our 3 bedrooms have queen pillow top mattresses and all cotton linens. The full bath has a marble walk in shower. All new stainless appliances in our fully equipped kitchen allow you to enjoy bounties from the Farmer's Market or local grocers when not taking advantage of Asheville's renowned restaurants. The front porch crosses the entire house with a view of Mount Pisgah and the large private back deck and fenced yard make you feel like you are in a tree house while enjoying the beautiful sunsets. The covered carport will keep you dry while packing in or out. We have Wifi and a nice area in the living room to use your computer, a flat screen TV and full sized washer and dryer.

Asheville is easy to navigate and our proximity to the 240 loop and US 40 make all things Asheville within a 10 minute drive. Enjoy restaurants, art galleries, shopping, music venues, health spas, hiking and biking, fly fishing, UNCA, the botanical gardens and of course the well known Biltmore House and gardens, Grove Park Inn and spa and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Harrah's Casino are about a one hour drive.

Beautiful home in a friendly and safe neighborhood
This house was decorated beautifully with artistic touches. It was well equipped for a long stay. Evening sunsets were a bonus on the back deck and there were mountain vistas across the street The owner was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. A great place to stay to learn about and enjoy Asheville !

Excellent Property Choice
This property was a perfect choice for our 30 day stay in Asheville. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. The house was very charming, perfectly laid out., and tastefully decorated. We ate in for most meals and found the kitchen to be well stocked. The fireplace was perfect to warm the morning chill . We especially enjoyed the peace and quiet (and bird watching) on the back deck. If you are planning a trip to Asheville (and why wouldn’t you) you MUST consider this property for your stay. The house is great and the host, Ria was very helpful, offer recommendations of points of interest, and was very responsive in her response.

The house is very nice and in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood. The house is ideally located close to downtown and Hendersonville road. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and will be going back. So grateful for Ms. Harris and her property.

Meticulously maintained rental close to Asheville's amenities.
A beautiful, well-equipped rental close to Asheville's downtown, Biltmore Village and Estate. The interior is bright and cozy yet spacious with an updated kitchen featuring every amenity needed to cook meals for a big family. The decor is eclectic, the furniture comfortable (beds included) and the deck in excellent repair with a nice backyard. Best of all, Ria is a delight.

I am a NC native currently living at the coast of NC. Originally I am from the foothills and plan to live out my life in this amazing state.

Why they chose this property

Owning a second home in Asheville allows me the opportunity to enjoy both ends of our beautiful state. This is my home and not just an investment property. I love Asheville and spending time here and hope to share that with you.

What makes this property unique

My home has the character that older homes possess with the modern touches of a complete makeover. Main Street is safe, quiet, a mix of young and old residents and is convenient to any where in Asheville in minutes.
