About Claire Sandrine Grandet
Happy and dynamic, my husband and I raised our 2 sons in La Dordogne, where we live. I was born in Lot, in Gourdon. Every day, I take care of my cottage. I love swimming, hiking and contacting people; in fact, I am a businessperson. Enthusiastically, I started try Zumba again. However, above all, I take care of my 2 sons that I love so much and need my attention.
Claire Sandrine Grandet purchased this Country house/château in 2002
Why Claire Sandrine Grandet chose Saint-Germain-du-Bel-Air
My mother gave this cottage to me, and she received it from her parents. In the beginning, I was a farm where my parents raised sheep, pigs, goats, ducks, rabbits, etc. With great pleasure, I spent my school holidays here. I remember the good goat milk and the Cabecou made by my grandparents, the sweet smell of hay, and my fear of the roster pursuing me. You can hike on the grassland and pick up mushrooms in the woods. The best thing was picking up truffle with my grandfather while taking a ride on the tractor with sister. My parents have renovated this cottage at the beginning of the 1990s to make many people discover this wonderful place and region.
What makes this Country house/château unique
It large capacity allows families to gather for all sorts for all occasions (anniversary, holiday, bachelor party, and meeting with relatives or friends). The peace, nature, and sun are waiting for you! At the entrance of the woods, you will discover roe deer, and rabbits. The pool is not overlooked by any neighbour, allowing you to rest and swim with complete peace of mind. Hikers are welcome because from the cottage, you can start a one-hour-long hike. The bicycle available will allow more energetic people to look for bread and croissants in the village. I will happily receive you basket with products (surprise!)
