About this property

This spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath house is originally for vacation rental, but we are now accepting reservations for relief workers, construction workers, contractors, and local residents. Great location for contractors who want to have the convenience to stay close to their job site on the island. Includes one carport space, plus ample driveway parking for 4 cars or pickup trucks.

DO NOT BOOK THIS UNIT IF YOU ARE VACATIONING.

Sleeps up to 8: 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 full beds. All linens, bathroom towels, and kitchenware provided. Full kitchen. Washer & Dryer in unit.

***Cable TV and Internet are not provided.

***No smoking, no pets.

We are BACK!

The second year taking over both sides of the duplex....this place is just PERFECT. Sparkling clean. BEYOND well equipped for the beach. Bikes. Wagon. Chairs. All in GREAT shape, and well maintained. INSTANT response from the owners. Truly a perfect 10, and the reason we came back was because of how great the experience was last year, and indeed not a thing has changed....another year, another perfect 10! Thank you! Senior year Spring Break

Great location for our daughter’s senior year spring break! The house was amazing and had more than enough space. The quick question all to the beach was nice and the grocery location was close too.

Comfortable and relaxing!

This property is located on a very quiet residential street that is minutes from the beach and ocean. The beach was not crowded. The 3 bedrooms are very private with their own full bathrooms. The garage was filled with everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation at Ft Myers Beach - beach wagon with cooler, umbrellas, chairs, and boogie boards . I was surprised to even find a large tricycle for my mom to ride. We used the bikes a lot. It was nice to have them provided so we didn't have to rent. They even had a lock so we didn't have to worry about them being taken (accidentally). Plan to bike if your traveling mid-March to mid-April due to increased traffic. On our last day, we decided to take a Dolphin boat tour - we saw a sting ray and so many dolphins in Estero Bay and the gulf. It was interesting to see the water change from the bay (fresh water) to the ocean (salt water). The ocean water was such a pretty blue-green. Property manager was very helpful and kind but everything was great so we didn't need to contact him other than for check-in instructions.
