Nice and Quiet, Two Bedroom/ Two Bathroom house close to #1 Siesta Key Beach and Downtown Sarasota. We do not rent through Craigslist and do not accept Paypal or cash payments. Great Place to relax and enjoy the Gulf Coast. Perfect for families or a couples get away. The home has everything you need to enjoy a short or long stay. As your host, I live locally and will be available for any needs or local information. Local attractions include Van Wezel, St. Armand Circle, Downtown Sarasota, local recreation like paddle boarding, kayaking in the mangroves, loads of fishing, Myakka River State Park and more. Come enjoy Sarasota!

Recently renovated, this home features two bedrooms, an air mattress/ pack-n-play are available, a screened/ heated pool with a spacious covered patio that has a dining & seating area. Relax by the pool in the lounge chairs provided for your comfort.

The family room is furnished with comfortable seating, TV, & Wi-Fi. Kitchen has all your necessary appliances; with granite counters and breakfast bar. The dining room is great for dinner guests. There is also an outdoor dining table and chairs for 6.

The Master bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet and a nice master bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The laundry room has a front load washer and dryer. We never post rental ads on Craigslist- do not pay anyone asking for money via Paypal, Venmo, check, or cash.

This home is centrally located and is close to the Westfield shopping mall and the Sarasota Square Mall. It is 3 miles from Siesta Key beach and just a 2.5 mile drive to 140 stores, restaurants, movie theater and food court. The new University Town Center Mall, St Armands Circle, and downtown Sarasota are all a short drive away. Do you like to play golf? There are over 30 Championship Golf Courses in Sarasota alone!

Visit Myakka State Park where you can rent bicycles, canoes, or go hiking. Its a short drive to Venice, FL where you can visit Caspersen Beach to dig for sharks teeth.

Go for a bike ride or take your daily walk around this safe and clean neighborhood. Pack up your beach cooler and chairs as it is only 3 miles to the famous Siesta Key Beach. Work on your golf game year round at your favorite course. Or, just relax by the heated, private pool in your own back yard.

Perfect stay!

Lovely property in a great neighborhood. The property was super clean inside and out, and it is exactly as described. We enjoy cooking, so we appreciated that the pantry and kitchen were well-stocked. Tricia is an excellent host—extremely professional and responsive. Look forward to staying again!

Great home away from home!!

We enjoyed all the extras.....like what we needed for beach fun!! The open concept made for great sitting space and beautiful views to outside landscaping!!! Pool was amazing and warm. The beds were very comfortable. The location of the home was ideal and made for easy short drives to most places we visited. Would highly recommend and look forward to future stays.

When we found this home we fell in love with it. It has been completely remodeled. The covered screened-in area with the swimming pool is so inviting. It is close to Siesta Beach and the Gulf Gate area has lots of fun places. Grill out and enjoy a relaxing vacation.
