Lovely home in a great location

Medical trip - easy drive to Lions Gate Hospital. Close to wonderful trails for walking. All shopping needs within a 5 minute drive, or a walkable distance away. A creek runs below one of the borders of this property, and it cuts out all traffic noise.

Birthday celebration in Vancouver

This property was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We treated a couple of family members on a mini vacation in Vancouver for their birthdays and couldn't be happier with our choice of places to stay. Dan was extremely accommodating and even left champagne for us to help celebrate the two birthdays. Highly recommend this property to others looking for a nice VRBO in the Vancouver area.

Best vacation rental!

We stayed at Dan’s property for our short vacation in Vancouver. The house was perfect for us, and Dan is the most gracious host ever. Knowing we would arrive late at night, he left a marker in the drive so we could find it when we first came in. He supplied enough breakfast items (even cream for the coffee!) that we didn’t have to run out first thing the next morning. The house has been perfectly designed for comfort and style: gourmet kitchen, well-stocked with basics and spices; comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood with easy access to the city. We especially enjoyed having breakfast outside on the heated porch, with sounds of the brook rushing by below us. The check- out process was streamlined, too. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. Thank you, Dan, for providing a wonderful vacation stay experience!

In 2010, the property was also rented out for the 2010 Vancouver Olympics. We enjoyed hosting many international people and have decided to also move into the Vacation Rental Business as well as our Executive Rentals

We feel this property is in the best location and environment possible. The property literally makes you feel like you are in the middle of a natural oasis, and yet it is minutes away from all amenities, shopping, restaurants, parks , beaches, and mountains.

The property was completely re-designed and re-built in 2009 by a professional architect, structural engineer and top local designer. We have had guests such as Corporate Executives, University Staff, Visiting Surgeons, Entertainment Executives, and Olympic Athletes stay at our property and they have all raved about the property and location.
