The apartment was spacious and modern!!

The only thing wrong was we couldn’t get a signal in the bedrooms to watch the tv because the box was too far away but everything else made up for it... I also lost the keys to the Home while going to museums and they got someone there very quickly to let us in. (Embarrassing) We had to pay a fee to get in and to purchase new keys which is expected but they were understanding and prompt!! Would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed in HomeAway properties several times and usually there is at least one little detail that is off. Not so with this property. Everything was better than we imagined and very professional. I would highly recommend this unit for your next trip to DC.

Great Condo, Great Location

This is a very nicely furnished condo. The beds are comfortable, it was clean, it is a great size. The location is fantastic. It is a four minute walk to the Metro station so you don't need a car if you stay here. The grocery store is about a 6 minute walk which is also very convenient. I have stayed in one of the connecting condos before and both times I couldn't have been happier with my stay. This time we had an issue with the internet going down because of a Verizon technician issue. I called Mr. Chiazo and he worked to get the issue resolved right away. That made all the difference. It wasn't their fault that it was down so I don't hold them responsible for that. I was simply grateful to get a quick and kind response. I highly recommend staying here.

Spacious, modern, needs some attention

This is a conveniently located, spacious 2nd story space with several nice appointments, but some issues. Air conditioning was good to have, and a reasonable walk to Metro was important to making our stay pleasant. Wifi, comfortable beds, lots of linens. If you plan to use the lower room with two twin beds be mindful that the metal, spiral staircase is a bit treacherous for anyone under 10, or over 60, or with any mobility issues. Some issues, which I've attempted to convey to management, but have yet to get a reply (going on a month now), include: towel racks were missing in bathrooms, though hardware still on wall, and dangerously sharp, mouse feces in bathroom drawer, dead cockroach in lower room. Overall we were pretty comfortable, and as I've lived in major cities before I was not as skeeved by the mouse poop, and cockroach as others might reasonably be.

For any reason, there is anything, I repeat anything that you find discomforting, please by all means report it to either maintenance or the Manager, it will be address quickly and swiftly. The home is constantly cleaned and maintained. Once again, I encourage my future guests to please reach out to someone to make sure that your experience is great.

Highly recommended

It was difficult to find a 3 room condo to accommodate my family and parents.

This condo was very spacious, it even has a private work area with a desk that my Dad used each day. Close to the metro as well. Would stay there again!

Great stay for the holidays!

Five of us stayed here for Christmas week. Worked well for us. Fantastic price! Beds were very comfortable and I think they were queen beds not full (one of the reasons I hesitated before renting). I don't think I would plan on sleeping on the foldouts - an air mattress would probably be better. Kitchen was well stocked, new appliances. Although the microwave is not very reachable for shorter people. Directions for the gate opener were written two different ways, but I think they got that straightened out. We drove every day as there were 5 of us. It was about 15 - 20 minutes to all downtown sites. Safeway and Giant both need customer numbers to get their grocery discounts so go to yours. Although, Giant will give it to you if you ask. Restored older building with wood floors so you do hear walking around upstairs, but not an issue. Pleasant and designed as a rental so you don't have all the personal stuff in the way. Could not hook our computer/hard drive to the tv to watch movies as there were only cable remotes and no tv remotes to adjust the settings. No DVD player there. Coffee pot takes #4 filters. Lots of towels and washcloths. Make your payments to Homeaway from your computer not your phone. Their mobile app screwed up my payment and I had to go back and do it on the computer. Reliable owner and responsive apartment manager. Very pleasant stay!
