Amazing!

  • 5 of 5

House...lots of character, homey, wonderful views from all windows, clean, filled with all necessities to make your stay comfortable. Great books and music selections provided for many tastes and interests. Exercise room with equipment/sun room with great views! Cozy bedrooms. And, a porch to love, no matter the weather!

Location...in rural setting close to downtown historic Abingdon atop a hill with the most fabulous views! Quiet and serene surroundings.

Owners...Fabulous! Gracious and kind! They even accepted an invitation from us to come over for pie, ice cream and coffee! The kind of people you would be fortunate to call your friends.

Truly enjoyed our visit at the Farmhouse!!!

Awesome Gem in Abingdon

  • 5 of 5

First impressions count! When you walk into this home the first thing you will notice is the cleanliness of it. Then you immediately take in the beauty of the home and the surroundings (mountains and pastures).

The home is also well equipped from the kitchen and living area to the exercise bikes. It is also just a short drive into town for shopping, sightseeing, or for getting a cup of coffee.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely revisit the "Farmhouse".

We found the home to be perfect for three couples. The home included everything we needed for our stay and was neat and clean as could be!

Fabulous!!

  • 5 of 5

Love this renovated farmhouse! Peaceful with beautiful views and all the comforts of home! Please consider upgrading the mattress on the 4 wooden post bed. It sinks to the middle. And maybe some softer toilet tissue! But we love it and have made it an annual stay.

Had a great time. Very comfortable home convenient to everything in the area.

Beautifully restored old farmhouse. Could not have needed another thing. The home was convenient to everything when we were busy and comfortable and accommodating when we weren't. Our first time to the area and the house, and we couldn't have had a better time. We will certainly consider another visit as I left many, many trout uncaught in the South Fork of the Holston River.
