Strawberry cabin description

About Brian and Lisa Herold
We grew up in the Seattle area, and so when we moved to the Phoenix area in 2002, we missed the pine trees and mountains. We stumbled on Strawberry and fell in love with it. We worked on building this home and loved the process. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
Brian and Lisa Herold purchased this Cabin in 2009
Why Brian and Lisa Herold chose Strawberry
We wanted to be in the mountains in a sunny climate. Strawberry was the perfect choice. It has nice, warm summer days, cool nights and the monsoon storms provide a brilliant show. The winters are mild, with a few nice snowstorms but generally sunny. The views are what we also love. Great climate.
What makes this Cabin unique
Open floor plan, wood burning stove (wood included), gas fireplace, great natural lighting and incredible views of Strawberry mountain. It is ready for you, your food and personal items. Everything else is taken care of. Disclaimer: We are a family friendly rental, but this cabin is more suited for the adult lifestyle so younger children(under 15) could find themselves bored after awhile. So maybe pack extra toys and games for the younger crowd.

My wife and I wanted somewhere that was quiet with fantastic views and this property delivered. The host was very communicative and helpful. We will definitely be coming back to ray here again in the future.

AWESOME IN STRAWBERRY
We have stayed at several places in Strawberry/Pine area, Lisa out does herself with communication and care. The driveway a bit steep :) and thank God it did NOT snow. There is a parking spot at bottom tho if it had snowed. Beautiful house! Everything we needed was there. We will be back with family and more friends!!

Amazing property in a beautiful location
The property absolutely blew us away and the owners were awesome answering any questions I had through the process. If we ever find ourselves in strawberry looking for a place to stay we will most definitely stay again!
Thank you for your kind review. So happy to hear you and your family enjoyed the cabin. We do our best to be available for any questions or situations that may occur during our guests stay. We want everyone to enjoy their time at the cabin as well as the Strawberry/Pine area. We look forward to having you all back again soon.
Pine is only 3 miles away and has a lot of locally owned shops. There is antiquing, art stores and much more. There are a lot of great hiking and biking trails nearby. Visit the Mogollon rim and check out really amazing views. Tonto Natural bridge is also close. If you remember the goat farm and loved the cheese and fudge stop by the Farmers Market in Pine and pick some up. There is a lot to do here and the weather is generally very nice.
