Beautiful, new, clean & spacious townhouse. Neighborhood area is family friendly, very safe and quiet. Open floor plan kitchen,dining living room that opens to large deck. One bedroom and bath on main floor. Second floor has 2 large queen bedrooms and full bath .Walk to Black Point Park where guests can snorkel, fish, collect shells, explore the rocky coast or just enjoy the view.

Black Point Recreation area is a RI state park. There is a well groomed, wooded, scenic path that leads to Scarborough State Beach @3/4 mile long. Everyday and even hourly -brings different ocean conditions. Low tides allow for exploring tidal pools for sea creatures (water shoes are helpful -it is rocky) high tides are best for wave watching, reading and relaxing in the sun. The sandy beaches at Scarborough State Beach is best for swimming and life guards are available if needed. Sea waves can be rough so always respect the mighty ocean’s strength.

Wonderful place

The vrbo rental made our vacation wonderfully easy. Check in was simple and the place was clean and airy. The kitchen was fully stocked with bowls, glasses, pots, pans and utensils. The location was ideal. It's a very short walk to a lovely rocky beach. It was an easy drive to nearby towns and the Block Island Ferry. A grocery store is also nearby. We were initially disappointed that we couldn't find a place on Block Island, but this location gave us much more flexibility.

Ideal location

Peggy’s place is ideally located to explore Scarborough and Narragansett beaches. The house was clean and sufficiently stocked with dishes, cups, etc. for our family of four. Peggy was quick to communicate and check in was super easy.

Excellent Location

Excellent location with walking distance to scenic views and beaches. Close to ferry to Block Is. Roomy with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Host met us when we arrived and gave us an overview of the area and highlighted some of the popular sites. Recommend stocking more supplies throughout the house, i.e. salt and pepper, bathroom soaps, additional pillows, another deck chair, etc.
