This airy, spacious home has 3 BR & 2 BA which can sleep 6 comfortably plus at least 2 more on the office futon and queen blowup mattress.

The home has a 2-car garage, full-size washer & dryer, high speed WiFi & cable TV. The master suite has a queen sleigh bed, sitting area, huge walk-in closet, garden tub & large walk-in shower. The other bedrooms each have queen beds as well. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The living area with vaulted ceiling & large remote-controlled ceiling fan, comes with a large TV, "fireplace", recliner, chaise & U-shaped sofa, comfortably seating many people. The dining area easily seats 6-8 and opens into the fully furnished kitchen with all electric appliances. In this dining area is a secure sliding door to the lovely pool complete with lighted waterfall, BBQ, table for 4 & more outdoor seating. The back yard is completely fenced offering privacy when using the pool or dining outside.

This property is a sports enthusiasts' dream, being within 7-15 miles from the many pro-baseball spring training facilities, University of Phoenix Stadium (home to the AZ Cardinals), arena, Westgate bars & restaurants, the new Tanger Outlet Mall, and more. The home is perfect for the Fiesta Bowl. Golf courses in the West Valley & Scottsdale, the Phoenix International Raceway, NASCAR & NHRA facilities are also close by.

This home's open plan is perfect for family gatherings, girls' get-aways, & groups traveling together who want to stay together. The corner-lot home is one-story with no stairs and easy access for all. There is a grassy park at the end of each block. There is parking for 2 cars on the driveway apron + plenty of space on the side street.

Casa Armando is 3 miles from I-10, making traveling to near-by sites very easy: Sky Harbor Int'l Airport is a 25-minute drive; Sedona, a 2.5-hour drive; Tucson, a 2-hour drive; Flagstaff & Grand Canyon, 3.5 hours away; Las Vegas & Los Angeles, each 5 hours away; San Diego, 6 hours away.

This home is 3 blocks from drug & grocery stores + Red Box movie rental, just minutes away from a walk-in clinic, post office, fitness facilities, many shopping centers. All of these places are easy to get to on the wide Phoenix streets.

Home away from home!

This home truly had it all, no detail was left out! We had the opportunity to stay here for 2 months and we literally wouldn't have needed anything but our clothes! If we ever need somewhere to stay again this will be our go to spot! This home really blessed our family as well as the new friendship we have with the owners sister Connie right across the street! Deliah went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and more! Stop looking for other rentals and stay here, you won't regret it! We would have moved in for good if they would have let us haha! Thanks again ladies! We will always consider this our "first home in Arizona!"

Wonderful stay in Tolleson

My wife and I, along with her sister and her husband have stayed in the Phoenix area for the last five years to escape some of the Midwest winter. This was our first time staying at Casa Armando, and we loved it. We had a very enjoyable stay in Delia's beautiful home. It is wonderfully furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we could have wanted. The neighborhood is nice, with a Fry's grocery store in walking distance. We enjoyed the easy access to I-10 and the Loop 101 for all the activities we liked to do.

Having Delia's sister Connie right across the street is an added benefit. Connie met us on our arrival, showed us around the house and made sure we felt at home.

Any communication we have had with either Delia or Connie has been pleasant, friendly, and positive. Any needs we expressed were taken care of efficiently and in a timely fashion.

We're looking forward to staying here again next year.

Great stay, very nice owner

We have rented extensively for our vacations even long before the internet age. Casa Armando was one of the best rentals we have had. The kitchen is well stocked, the home is clean and spacious and the owner has her sister across the street to take care of any issues. A very good Fry's grocery store (Kroger) and Walgreens are nearby with the staff at both stores being very friendly. Estrella Mountain Park is nearby for great hiking and freeway access gets you wherever else you want to go. Just try and avoid the I-10 if you can as it has bad traffic and backups for several hours during the day, not just rush hour. Great rental. Thanks Delia!

Fantastic "Home away from Home"

My sisters Rhona, Starr and Bonnie all wanted to move in. We had an awesome time entertaining. My brother and his wife from Montreal loved the house. Our career

daughter from Newcastle enjoyed the comforts of her room for the last week.

Connie, a super greeter and info guide, along with Al were instrumental in getting the TV to work.

My sisters thought a 30 minute drive from their home was far - but that didn"t stop them from visiting often. To us the location to the freeways etc was A-OK.

A Great "Homeaway Experience"!

We have enjoyed staying at Casa Armando 5 times in the past 3 years. . As frequent VRBO renters we know that this home is perfect for the price, location and for "hanging out" in the house. The pictures on the site represent the home perfectly. It is clean, well organized, and offers more amenities than any home we have ever rented. The layout of the home is very comfortable with the master suite separated from the other bedrooms. If you like to cook the kitchen is really fun. The cabinets have a variety of small appliances , pots, pans and utensils to make it easy. If you don't see what you need keep looking as it is probably in a cabinet or drawer somewhere. They even have a Keurig and a nice supply of K cups for your use.

The yard and pool are well maintained and perfect for guest or family gatherings. The home offers all kinds of fun plastic supplies and towels for entertaining on the patio. You even have access to parking your car in the garage and private security codes for entering the house and garage.

We come to Phoenix to see our families but if you are a tourist the I-10 interstate is very close and makes sight seeing easy. Remember to sometimes take the non interstate route so you can really see "all" of Phoenix. My husband is a golfer and found Coldwater and the new 5 star Grand Canyon University course at 59th and Indian School to be his favorites.

You have easy access to shopping and restaurants. We love Macayos for Mexican food.

A valuable part of this rental is the access of Connie, the manager, who lives across the street and Delia, the owner that responds quickly to texts and phone calls. Connie greets you and gives a rundown on the home and makes herself available anytime you have a question during your stay.

After 5 stays in Casa Armando we obviously feel it is a great rental and we will continue to use it as our "homeaway" when we are in Phoenix to visit our families. Thanks to Connie, the manager and Delia, the owner. :)
