House in quiet street between the lagoon and sea.
Large and airy house, outdoor area with lawn, covered barbecue, swimming pool, toilet and shower. Large living room with American kitchen, TV, satellite dish and ceiling fan. Three (3) bedrooms being 1 suite, all equipped with modern cabinets and ceiling fans. Large kitchen equipped with frezzer and microwave. Large balconies around the house.
Quiet street, paved, 500 meters from the beach, 8 minutes by car from the city center and 600m from the Saquarema lagoon. Close to supermarket, bakery, snack bar, ice cream shop.

Casa excelente

Excelente casa. Desde o primeiro contato com o Sr Edison pelo aplicativo até a recepção pelo Sr Paulo. Passei o Ano Novo com minha família e a casa bem estruturada. Contém tudo na cozinha e a localização é bem tranquila. Fica a 6 quadras da praia e dá para ir a pé (10 min). Piscina excelente. Aceita PET e minha cachorrinha adorou todo o quintal. Voltarei mais vezes com toda certeza.

Casa Maravilhoso!!

Alugamos essa casa pela segunda vez, e a estadia foi tão perfeita, quanto a primeira. Casa maravilhosa, muito bem planejada. Possui todos os utensílios necessários. A casa estava muito limpinha, o jardim e a piscina simplesmente perfeitos. Já virou nossa casa preferida, e com toda certeza alugaremos mais vezes. O proprietário muito gente boa, e o caseiro muito atencioso e prestativo. Casa nota 10. O local é sossegado, porém têm tudo perto. Padaria, mercado, e dá para ir para a praia andando, sem nenhum problema. Amamos, e voltaremos mais vezes.

Casa excelente, muito bem distribuída e totalmente fiel a descrição do site, muito aconchegante, com todos os recursos que necessitamos para o dia a dia, possuindo uma área de lazer excelente. Infelizmente a chuva atrapalhou demais nossa estadia e passeios pela cidade. O Sr. Edison não tivemos o prazer de conhecer pessoalmente nesta oportunidade, mas as vezes que fizemos contato, foi muito solicito e atencioso. O Sr. Paulo foi quem nos recebeu e deu todo suporte necessário. Só temos a agradecê-lo. Com certeza voltaremos em breve e com muito sol.
