About Tracy Secchiaroli
Coming from Laguna Beach, CA friends and family thought it was a little crazy to make the move to the county and such a big change in lifestyle. That's exactly what this family was looking for!! We have always loved spending time together with friends over a great meal and glass of wine. About 10 years ago after a trip to Italy we were introduced to Paso Robles and we became smitten with its charm and way of life immediately. The rolling hills, vineyard, and community reminded us so much of what we loved about Italy. We began the pursuit to make the move and create something for the whole family to enjoy. The dream has just began and you can come be a part of it and share in the journey.

Very Nice but details lacking- You don't get what you expect
I paid a little more for this unit expecting certain items. It was my sisters 60th birthday. She wanted a fireplace gas or wood. I wanted a second bed (couch) since I have a bad back and many times need a bed to myself. We also expected a good working coffee pot. The unit was very nice as well as the grounds around the pond.
The fireplace was not working. They had not lite the pilot light/turned it on yet. There were NO sheets for the pull out couch. I was unable to set up the bed with my special incline unit. The coffee pot was so calcified, it took us three times of turning it to brew to get 3/4 of a cup. On the second day, it quit working all together. I took pictures of the pot which was pretty bad.
I know how to light a pilot light and did light the fireplace for the second morning. My sister said if she or her friends were there, they could not have lite it. They did bring sheets for the second day. They did have a press coffee pot and luckily WE brought extra regular coffee and kPods. The first batch turned out real bad so we had to look up how to use one and we sort of succeeded. The picnic table is so warped and weathered, you can't really use it. They had a BBQ next to the picnic table with no propane plus the grill was so gross and had tissues inside it. No matter what the price, you expect to get what you are told. They knew of these problems and my review would still have told the facts, yet the rating would have been higher since they compensated for the problems we had. You can not always know things are going to go bad yet you take responsibility and make it right.
I am so sorry you were so disappointed with your stay! We work diligently on maintaining the property. Unfortunately some things are not foreseeable and must be addressed as we are notified. As for the bbq as I mentioned it was dropped off and we had not been able to look at it as we were out of town and it was not in place for use at the time of your stay. We hope you were able to enjoy Paso Robles and all it had to offer regardless.
Great location, Beautiful home, outstanding grounds and wonderful hosts. Need I say more? Book now!!!
Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Loved the size, kitchen, living room, bathroom, shower, air conditioning, parking, view from the room...everything about it. We took our beach chairs to the pond with our coffee in the morning. Love! Will be back. On the west side so very short drive to town and close to all of our favorite wineries. Owner available by text for help, but didn't interfere with us at all. Bring your favorite Keurig pods.
Great place. Secluded yet close to everything.
Enjoyed our stay. Very pleasant accommodation. Exceeded our expectations.
Romantic and perfect getaway for one couple
Cute, 1 BR place in the heart of Paso Robles wine country. Easy drive to town as well as nearby wineries. Located on 2nd floor of building, great front porch overlooking the property sheltered by trees.
Loved this beautiful place!
We had one of the greatest experiences in Paso Robles and it all started with Terra Mia. It is so charming and we loved that it was tucked in the middle of vineyards. We were welcomed with a note from the owners and a delicious bottle of their wine. The grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed the quietness of the countryside. We were impressed with all the details Tracy and Rich thought of - everything you could imagine they have. We would definitely stay here again!!
