Boa opção em Parati

Gostamos bastante da casa, tudo novinho e muito organizado. O Marcelo proprietário sempre disponível para qualquer situação e muito flexível. A casa é ótima e o condomínio super tranquilo. Ficamos uma semana e pretendemos voltar.

A casa é excelente!

O Marcelo foi super atencioso e comunicativo, sempre preocupado com o nosso bem estar e pronto para nós ajudar. A casa é muito limpa e organizada, bastante itens disponíveis para nosso uso no dia a dia, uma boa localização, fácil acesso, o bairro é super tranquilo e sossegado. Pretendo voltar mais vezes. Ótima casa

A casa é show, muito bem equipada e espaço muito confortáveis. A comunicação com o Sr Marcelo é fácil e imediata, deu varias dicas e de locomoção e turismo bem legais. Os funcionários do condomínio são muito simpáticos e solícitos. A casa não é apenas 1km e meio do centro histórico, fica à uns 4 kms, não nos criou problemas, pois tem ônibus na porta do condomínio que leva ao Centro Histórico e de carro é uns 5 minutinhos, a vantagem da localização é que cria mobilidade pra varias praias, alambiques e muitos outros pontos turísticos.
