It is a Savoyard farmhouse dating from 1820 tastefully renovated located in an environment of mountains and nature, near the village of Thônes.

The farm is surrounded by nature, comprising 120 m2 of living space with parking, terrace, garden, kitchen, living room, dining room, shower room, toilet, 3 bedrooms including a small bedroom adjoining the house.
The first floor is reserved for the owner who lives there without opposite and with an independent entrance.
The price includes: (sheets, wood for the fireplace, water, electricity, heating, cleaning ....) Everything is included.

For the winter season, provide equipment suitable for the vehicle.(snow tires and snow chains or snow socks)
Possibility to park below in case of heavy snowfall.

Superbe chalet

Un chalet où l on se sent chez soi, propre, spacieux, décorer avec goût, une impression de grands espaces, l espace extérieur est superbe.. les hôtes sont discrets tout en étant présents, serviables et adorables.. je recommande a 1000%… nous y retournerons les yeux fermés

Sensationnelle ferme aménagée avec un goût très sure

Formidable ferme, spacieuse et très bien décorée (les photos ne rendent pas même justice à la réalité !) Localisation interessante car située à mi chemin entre les Stations de La Clusaz / Grand Bornan et le Lac d’Annecy de l’autre… Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et extrêmement respectueux de l’intimité de leurs hôtes ! Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans d’excellentes conditions ! PS : attention à l’utilisation de la 3eme chambre qui reste tres « aérée » en hiver et réservée à un adulte (serrure individuelle). Le double capapé-lit du salon a eu notre préférence…

Tolle Unterkunft in der Natur

Uns hat die Lage und das Objekt sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung top. Leider hatten wir Pech mit dem Wetter. Wir konnten somit die wohlige Wärme des Ofens noch mehr genießen.

Amazing mountain views

We spent a lovely week here in August. The property is spacious, cool and well-equipped. Loved the outdoor grill, used it most evenings. The views from the house are just beautiful. We'd love to return.
