Très beau jardin et bon emplacement près de la plage. Cette habitation nécessite des travaux de rafraîchissement. Manque de luminosité dans les chambres arrière (pas de fenêtre), et système de ventilation insuffisant dans les pièces d'eau.

Location super, owner flexible and relax

We had a pleasant stay in Capbreton, the house is on walking distance off the beaches of Capbreton and very close to Hossegor. Perfect for surfin and relaxing in the garden. Owner is nice and Always on time for his appointments ; ) The house is not modern or new, but it is very practical and you got everything you need inside and outside.
