My name is Carrie and I discovered this area 18 years ago. My job takes me all over the World and I can tell you I have never found a more magical or beautiful location as this. This is my 3rd condo here and my favorite of all of them. You can tailor your vacation to sit by the pool, walk on the beach, go horseback riding on the beach or keep yourself busy zip-lining, shopping, riding ATV's, visiting neighboring downs like Todos Santos or see the Whale Sharks in La Paz. I live in Clearwater, Florida full time and rent out my unit when I'm not in town. I've stayed at just about all of the best resorts over the years and I can tell you the condo is the way to go! You have the comfort of your own home and the beauty that far exceeds most of the resorts. You can always visit some of them for lunch and dinner while not spending $500 - $2000 a day for a much smaller room. I wanted to make the condo as warm and pretty and my decorator and I have decided to call it 'casual chic'. I love this location because you're in walking distance to so many things. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance and a resort next door if if you want to walk over and grab a drink and bring it back to the pool.

The location is the best in the area! With 24 hour security you'll feel secure and be in walking distance to amazing restaurants, shops and clubs. The unit has a huge terrace which you will end up spending most of your time there, watching the waves and listening to the amazing rolling surf. I know this sounds crazy but I bought American mattresses for the condo. When I'm visiting and listening to other guests staying in other units, the common complaint is they feel they are sleeping on plywood. The mattresses in the unit are top of the line!

When you walk in the unit, you'll feel at home and fall in love. When you step out onto the patio, you'll declare you're never leaving. When you leave, you will want to schedule your next trip back and possibly throw yourself on the ground kicking and screaming like I did my first 10 visits declaring you're never leaving :-)
