Park your car and prepare to relax in our inviting, renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse located in the heart of South Forest Beach. Seascape Villas is directly across the street from the ocean. Located in the very front of the complex between Coligny Plaza (wonderful shopping, dining, and entertainment) and the Ocean Gate entrance to Sea Pines Plantation (Harbour Town, South Beach Marina, The Salty Dog). The complex sits on lush, naturally landscaped grounds with lagoons and walking trails.

There is a Beach Cabana (bathrooms and open shower/foot bath) located on the ocean for the exclusive use of Seascape owners & guests.

There are two salt water pools located on the grounds and we also have direct access to the wonderful bike paths on the island. WE HAVE ARRANGEMENTS WITH RIDING TIGERS BIKE RENTALS FOR DISCOUNTED PRICING ON BIKE RENTALS FOR OUR GUESTS. PLEASE CALL IN ADVANCE TO RESERVE YOUR BIKES

Newly renovated two story townhome, two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Bedrooms & bathrooms are located on the second floor. Living room, dining room and kitchen are on the first floor. This high end renovation has a cooks quality kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, full size laundry equipment, comfortable living room with HD TV, cable, Wi-Fi, plus a deck with a grill that overlooks a pool.

Walk or bike to Coligny Plaza with over 60 local shops, restaurants, and a movie theater.

Hilton Head experience

First time to Hilton Head. Enjoyed it, beach was great but had teenagers with us and for them it was not as commercial as they would have liked. Of course during this pandemic we did not do things that we normally would have pursued

Great granddaughters first beach trip.
