This olde farmer's cottage, located in an old village in the Livorno countryside, is ideal for a family of four who want a relaxing holiday that includes the sun, the beach and sightseeing opportunities. The house is semi detached, thus all the facilities and the garden are for the guests' exlusive use. Even during the hottest months, the surrounding countryside and the airy climate keep the air fresh and pleasent.The coast, famous for its beautiful beaches an wonderful pine-wood lies about 10 Km (ten minutes) away.The house coprises a Tuscan-style kitchen with marble finishing; a living room with sofa bed, and a bedroom with natural stone walls, furnished with antique forniture. the Bathroom is equipped with a JACUZZI hydromassage tub and a TEUCO sauna. The approx 500 m2 garden has a perfectly functioning traditional stone oven which olso serves as barbecue. The shade from the mature trees and some fruit trees is perfect for enjoying a holiday amog the Tuscan hills.

schöne Sommerferien

wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem wirklich sehr schönen Haus mit großem Garten mit Obstbäumen sehr genossen. Das Haus und der Garten sind gut gepflegt und gemütlich. es ist alles da, was man braucht. Leider gibt es aber keinen Mückenschutz in Form von Gaze an den Türen und ab dem Dunkelwerden fallen die stechlustigen Mücken aller Arten in Scharen ein. Das heißt, über Nacht müssen die Türen( die auch als Fenster fungieren) geschlossen bleiben, was zu sehr hohen Schlaftemperaturen führt. Das ist wirklich ein Manko und wäre doch so einfach zu ändern. Tagsüber gibt es kein Mückenproblem und man kann schön draußen essen und lesen.

Could have been better!

erWhen we arrived the house was not ready: hot water was not working, and the refregerateur had not been turn on, whicht caused some of the food we bought to perish. the shower was rusted and molded on the bottom, the rest of the appliances were fine. The garden was agreable excepted for the temporary noise and dust caused by workers on the neigbour'house. In overall, we felt the house was overpriced

Der Zustand des Bades entspricht nicht den Bildern.Kein WLan verfügbar.Wohnzimmercouch verschmutzt.

Angenehm,aber könnte besser sein. Die Hofeinfahrt vor dem Tor ist nur mit einem Geländewagen möglich.

Entspannung pur

Das Landhaus hat eine sehr ruhige Lage. Nachts hört man keinen Verkehr oder andere Störgeräusche - perfekt um komplett runterzukommen. D.h. natürlich auch dass man fast überall hin nur mit dem Auto oder Bus gelangt. Das war für uns nicht schlimm, dessen sollte man sich aber bewusst sein. Der Garten ist wirklich riesig groß was für den Hund ideal war. Es gibt aber auch eine kleine Straße / Feldweg für kleine Spaziergänge. Das Bruchsteinhaus selbst ist sehr schön eingerichtet und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Man hat alles was man braucht zum Kochen, Liegestühle für den Garten und jede menge Stauraum. Das Badezimmer ist wirklich großzügig. Es gibt auch einen Tisch und Stühle um draussen zu essen. Der Ort selbst (Castelnuovo della Misericordia) ist ein sehr kleines Dorf mit ein paar Restaurants, einem kleinen Supermarkt und scheinbar keinen Touristen (Ende Juli). Dies empfanden wir als sehr angenehm. Auch in Rosignano Marittimo, Rosignano Solvay oder Vada ist man als Tourist deutlich in der Unterzahl und hat das Gefühl in einem richtigen italienischen Dorf zu sein. Der Vermieter und die Kontaktperson vor Ort waren durchwegs erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir haben sowohl schnelle Hilfe bei kleineren Fragen zum Haus als auch Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Strände und andere Orte bekommen. Die gesamte Abwicklung sowohl beim check in als auch check out war unkompliziert und freundlich. Volle Empfehlung für I Tre Pini und Luca! Dankeschön :)
