Tolle Lage / Ausstattung überholungsbedürftig

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Apartment-Anlage die aus 10 Häusern besteht und von der Lage super ist. Supermarkt in 5 Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen und der Strand in 10 Minuten. Gartenmöbel direkt zum Pool. Leider keine Sonnenliegen oder Sonnenschirm. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings ist die Ausstattung aus den 80gern. Trotzdem hatten wir eine gute Zeit und diese genossen.

Bien situé, calme sauf qq aboiements de chiens de temps à autre

L'annonce est conforme concernant la distance avec la plage. La piscine était fréquentée pendant notre séjour mais celle-ci étant grande, ça n'a donc pas posé de problème. Il est dommage que la location ne comporte pas de transats. A notre arrivé, il manquait de quoi faire un barbecue (grille,pince) mais le propriétaire a très rapidement remédié au problème.

Muy bien. Esta cerca de la playa y muy completo por dentro y por fuera. Piscina comunitaria estupenda y lugar muy agradable y comodo en general.

Fantastic Villa

We stayed here for 10 days with our 3 children. Mercedes and her husband picked us up from the station upon arrival. They made sure we had everything we needed before they left. There is an information pack in the villa. The villa was well equipped with everything you may need on a self catering holiday. There were plenty of towels and toys for the little ones. The villa itself is well maintained and secured by a locked gate. The pool is shared by a few other villas but was never crowded. There is also a small gate to enter the pool and is much needed if you have little ones. The beach and supermarket both 10 mins walk. The station L'hospitalet deL'enfant is a 15 minute walk and there are more supermarkets and restaurants there. The beaches were lovely and not crowded. Port Aventura water park is only by train. The only thing we missed was Internet in the villa otherwise our holiday was perfect and kids enjoyed it. I would come back here. Thank you Mercedes.

"C'est une jolie petite v...

"C'est une jolie petite villa mitoyenne, avec une terrasse pour 6 personnes, faisant partie d'un lotissement de mêmes maisons, cela autour d'une piscine commune, très agréable durant l'été. Il y a la place pour une seule voiture à l'intérieur du jardin. L'accès est très facile depuis la route nationale. La voie de chemin de fer est proche, mais ne nous a pas dérangé. L'équipement est complet, il manque juste un aspirateur pour les nettoyages finaux. Sinon la mer est à environ 1 km, Playa Cristal, nous y sommes toujours allés à pied; les commerces sont également proches."
