You can see from the photos the living space is L shaped with a separate dining area from the lounge which has a sofa bed in the lounge , making it possible to accommodate up to 6 persons as we can provide a rollaway bed and/or cot, great for families and making it very affordable 5 star holiday accommodation.

This proprty was a brilliant place to rent .Large apartment with plenty of room with a huge balcony. Spacious, clean and with all the amenities that you need. We had a pleasant stay there .

Apartment with sea views in Kumkoy

Overall a very nice flat with good views in a smart modern complex near the beach, restaurants and shops. My only criticisms were that the large balcony had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Other than that everything was very satisfactory.

In addition we send you a preholiday guide on recommended places to visit,; restaurants, free beach beds and parasols, free shuttles 24.7 and much more which makes sure you have a wonderful holiday from the first day onwards. WE CAN ALSO BE FLEXIBLE ON CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT

On request we can provide 2 separate single beds for a small fee rather than using lounge sleep sofas

Prior to the start of a holiday guests receive a comprehensive pre holiday information pack to maximize enjoyment and save money during the vacation. We have also built relationships in bars, restaurants, etc, so that our guests are well received, plus we have a dedicated local manager on hand to show you around the home and give local support/advice.

What makes this property unique

Taking holiday costs into account the cost of accommodation is probably no more than 10% of the total when you take into account airport transfers, flights, travel insurance, spending money on holiday , etc. Holiday accommodation can make or break the enjoyment of your holiday.
