This home provides a peaceful haven to return to after the hustle and bustle of a day out at the parks. Alternatively, it is a relaxing base for lazing around the pool or soaking up the therapy of the Spa.

House is located in The Shire in West Haven, Davenport area, Orlando / Disney Area, Florida:

The 2-story Villa is located just a 20 minutes drive from Disney, and 20 minutes from Downtown Disney. The Champions Gate Shopping Complex is only a few minutes away from the Villa for all the essentials with a Publix Supermarket, Gas Station, McDonald's, and a Chili’s Restaurant.

The Villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, it is fully air-conditioned, furnished, and equipped to the highest standard. The five bedrooms include two twin rooms, one king & two queens. There is a balcony that stretches the full wide house on the second floor giving beautiful views of the nature reserve behind the house.

There is a formal dining room, two lounges, a fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a games room fully equipped with a pool table and air hockey.

Outside, patio doors lead to a beautiful large swimming pool and Spa. The house faces south so you have the beautiful sunshine over the private swimming and spa all day long. The pool is fully screened and has ample space, perfect for sunbathing. We also have a removable pool security fence as a safety precaution for families traveling with children.

Laundry facilities include a washing machine and tumble dryer (which means get the laundry done before traveling home, unpack your suitcases when you get back, and put all your clean clothes in the drawers or wardrobe whilst reminiscing what you were doing two weeks previous).

Please note - This property has a no-pet policy and there are only two spaces for a car. The garage is not to be used to store cars, it is a games room.

To save unnecessary visits from the management team, any callouts will be looked into if we think this is an emergency and cannot wait until the end of your rental. For instance, one blocked toilet or shower drain will not be classed as an emergency if there are more in your home or if a light bulb not working. However, if there is a fire, flood, broken AC, pool equipment & appliance problems these are emergencies and we will deal with them all in a safe and timely manner. If it is a Wifi & cable problem we will try to deal with the on the phone or by calling the provider.

Surpassed expectations

Our group was in Orlando for a cheer competition. Five parents each with a teenager. Four bathrooms was key and helped everyone feel at home. The pool was well maintained and nice and warm. The games room was a lovely addition although we were too busy to use it. The only issue we had was the traffic on the main road to Disney (I-4). We had to make multiple trips to Disney and during busy times we would sit in traffic making the normal 15-20 minute drive more like 40 minutes. Something to consider. Otherwise this was a great property and very reasonably priced given the amenities and square footage. Highly recommend.

Best Vacation

We just got back last night from a week in Disney. This rental was perfect. Everyone had their own space and it was peaceful. We enjoyed the pool daily, and close to a ton of good restaurants. I recommend this rental and will stay again in the future.

Excellent Stay

Our entire party enjoyed our stay here, the house was in a nice quiet area with a nice view. Everything was clean and it fit everyone's needs and wants. We would definitely stay here again. Holly was super helpful, friendly, and responsive to any questions or concerns we had.

We had so much fun that we knew Florida was the place you could never get bored. As we are both family-orientated people wanted a place we could call home when in Florida and a space we could enjoy with our families.

A little background on how we came to own this beautiful Florida property
My husband and I visited Florida with our extended family and we have never felt so much at home as we did in Florida. The people are so friendly and they always do their best to give you the best service. After watching a place in the sun TV show and seeing the types of properties available we never thought it would be possible for us to own such a beautiful property.
We visited a place in the sun roadshow in the UK where we meet with a family-run company called Homes of America which are based in Florida. Six months later we had booked a flight and were off to see properties. We thought this experience was going to be stressful (going by the process of buying a house in the UK) but Homes of America made the whole experience stress free and fun. We defiantly recommend this company if you are thinking of buying in Florida, any way back to our story.
We visited many places, new builds, and old complexes with great reviews and we nearly didn't see this property due to it being rented the week we were in Florida. We are now so glad we decided at the last minute to see this property as we nearly went with a new build but we would never have got the space that our villa offers.
Howard one of the owners of Homes of America said he knew as soon as we walked through the door this was the place. Our faces light up as walk through the front door. We couldn’t believe this property could be ours.
We left Florida back for England, waiting for news if our offer had been accepted.
A week later it was accepted, and 1 month later the property was ours.
It was a whirlwind trip with an amazing outcome and we hope you fall in love with the villa as we did.

You are 20mins from Walt Disney World, 20mins from Sea world, 30min from Universal this is the ideal location to keep the mornings stress-free.
There is a large outside area with a beautiful south-facing pool and enough space for dining and sunbathing. You are 5mins from Champion gate complex with lots of places to eat and a Publix so no long drives to eat and get supplies
