About this property

Provencal 2-storey villa with stunning view of the Cap Ferrat, located in the Eze village between Nice and Monaco. Three bedrooms upstairs with view of the sea. Kitchen, dining room, living room on the ground floor. Terraces of 70m2. Entirely enclosed ground of 1000m2 planted with olive trees. You will stay in an old family house entirely renovated. It is a detached house very peaceful, a few minutes away from the shops.

Superb location and Great property

Charming old french property that was built to afford shade and cool during the day. Eze village kept us swell stocked and the public transport across the Côte d'Azur enabled us to explore easily. Superb hosts that welcomed us personally too.

Geweldig

We hebben deze prachtige woning een week gehuurd , prachtig huis met een nog mooier uitzicht , de jacuzzi is echt een meerwaarde, in de avond nog lekker even relaxen . De eigenaar van de woning is super vriendelijk, helpt met alles & reageert super snel en behulpzaam op vragen ! Wij komen hier zeker terug op deze mooie plek ! Bedankt !
