Pas tres adapté pour personnes à mobilité reduite.marches escaniers.

Literie tres basse. Peu de place. Nous etions 2 adultes heureusement pas 5 alors qu'il y a 5 places couchage. Les pièces ne sont pas droites et la terrasse de forme triangulaire peu pratique.

Location bruyante

Location proche des commerces (c'est un avantage) mais bcp de passage se situant dans l'angle du bâtiment, bruyante, surtout en soirée à partir de 19h c'est la boite de nuit (boum boum) tous les soirs jusqu'à 23 h.env. Impossible de se concentrer sur un film ou un livre..ça prend la tête. Tout est en hauteur, à 2 mètres, la vaisselle (verres, mugs,tasses, pichet,etc..micro-ondes avec une ouverture où il faut tirer fortement d'une main et tenir le micro-ondes de l'autre main pour éviter qu'il avance de l'étagère tout en étant sur un marche pied à 2 marches pour y accéder..pas sécure et pénible...idem pour la vaisselle... Literie très très moyenne..matelas mou et housse en papier qui fait plein de plis, très inconfortable. La clé de la location à renvoyer OBLIGATOIREMENT en RAR, alors que le propriétaire l'envoie en suivi..pas mentionné sur l'annonce et pas de possibilité de rétractation puisque la location n'est pas remboursable. Rappel à plusieurs reprises de la responsabilité de cette clé au cas où elle serait perdue, la facture serait prise sur la caution. Merci pour la pression avant les vacances...j'avais bien compris dès la première fois au tel.. Ça serait bien que ça soit mentionné sur l'annonce où que l'on puisse annuler la location et être remboursé de l'acompte, si cette histoire de clé ne convient pas. Pas d'état des lieux non plus...(à nos risques et périls). Je n'y retournerai pas.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine au grau du roi. Logement très bien situé toutes commodités à pieds, en bord de mer. Les enfants ont pu faire de multiples activités, la mer se trouve à quelques pas... Le propriétaire est très agréable, très organisé rien est laissé au hasard ce qui est très appréciable. Le logement est propre et fonctionnel. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute. Christelle
